Thanks for the review

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We're glad to hear you appreciated the spacious layout and the amount of room the property provided for your group. We sincerely apologize that the cleanliness and overall condition of the property did not meet expectations. The concerns you described regarding the floors, bedding, couches, bathroom rugs, kitchen flooring, outlets, balcony door, closet door, bathroom light, and other furnishings are certainly areas that need attention. We also appreciate you bringing the missing game pieces, television and Wi-Fi concerns, and condition of the pool furniture to our attention. We'll share these comments with our housekeeping and maintenance teams and the property owner for review and corrective action. We're sorry that you had to spend part of your vacation cleaning the floors yourself. That is certainly not how we want guests to begin their stay. Thank you again for choosing Elliott Beach Rentals and for providing such thorough feedback. Your comments give us specific areas to review and address for future guests.

So good to hear you enjoyed the unit! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I have checked the work orders and it shows on June 8th the unit was checked and was negative for bed bugs. We take this issue very seriously and act very quickly. Perhaps it was sand fleas at the beach. Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you and your family.
