Welcome to The Palmera! This thoughtfully designed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is a short 1.7 mile walk from the Indio polo grounds where the Coachella Music Festival and Stagecoach are held.

This vacation home is built by travel lovers for travel lovers. We’ve stayed in homes across the world over the years and taken every great and bad experience into consideration in the ways we’ve designed your experience.

The property is advantageously located on a private lot, with no direct neighbors on the opposite side of bordering walls.

What better way to sign off from your work day than a dip in the Palmera hot tub? Our remote work accommodations include a private office (accessible through the primary bedroom) and an additional desk in a second bedroom.

We love pets and families with children. Forgot your doggie bags at home? We've got you covered. Wish you could bring your cat on vacation? They're welcome at the Palmera! For kids, the home is stocked with a pack n' play, baby monitor, high chair, silicon bibs, and more.

Our home also includes a pool table, foosball table, and is fully stocked with board games. Our garage features a Level 2 EV Charger for electric vehicles.

*Spa/Hot tub heat is included in the price of your booking. The pool can be heated for a flat-fee of $100 per day with a 2 day minimum. We understand this fee may seem high, but the price of gas in Southern California increased by 300% since January 2022, which is crazy! Note: as is common with many pool systems, if the spa heater is in use, the pool heater will not be activated.

Perfect home. All my wife wanted for Thanksgiving was have the whole family together (some off at college) and cook every night. House was stocked with goodies. We barely ever left. Pool and hot sun by day and billiards and cards at night. Perfect trip

The Palmera House was a perfect fit for our family of five adults. There was ample space to all gather together over games, meals and pool time. The kitchen, outside area and bathrooms were so thoughtfully well equipped. The other thing we really appreciated was the availabity of space to get away from the group to read, work, etc. The owners were immediately available if we had any questions.We all agreed that this is definitely a place we would like to come back to.

Wonderful Thanksgiving!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday, 2 small families stayed.with 2 kids under 12. The pool and the pool table kept the kids busy and the adults had quality time to relax. Kitchen was stocked with all we needed to make a fun and fancy dinner- we used the grill too! Just a couple things to note: the twin bed listed in the office is a rolling cot bed you can put anywhere, and the house backs up to a busy, Main Street, so there is a bit of a noise factor. We would return!! :)

This was a perfect house layout with amazing amenities, a fantastic host, and enough entertainment for everyone. Leslie was amazing and accommodating. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The only downside was the location was on a busy road and we could hear traffic at night. Other than that - the stay was perfect!
