We enjoyed our stay. Just what we needed for the weekend. However, being unfamiliar with the area when I booked it, I was a little concerned about the neighborhood upon arriving. All was fine though, but my wife commented that she would not feel comfortable staying there without me.

Perfect stay for our family

We had a great stay...perfect for my husband and I, our adult son and Boston Terrier and our boat! Neighborhood is very quiet. House is clean and had all of the basics that we needed. Beds are super comfortable and great communication with the owner. Close to downtown and everything we needed to get to. Thank you for a great stay!

Relaxing retreat

This home has been cozy and comfortable for my family's extended stay. The location is perfect. Close to Alcoa and Maryville, as well as Knoxville. I've had to communicate with the property owner a few times, and he has been very responsive and helpful. The home has everything we needed to make our stay more comfortable.

Comfy for all members of the family!

My husband and I traveled in with our two fur babies. The home was quiet and comfy for all of us. There was a decent sized yard to walk the dogs in and let them do their business. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located between Knoxville and Maryville. We had to message with Carson during our stay and he was very responsive and got back with us quickly. Definitely would stay here again!

The place was cute and the bed, pillows, and couch were all super comfortable. A few mishaps during the stay and ended up leaving early. the owners did always respond quickly and tried to be accommodating as possible i just wish they were more forthcoming with the information before arrival.

It was in a cove. Some neighbors do not take care of their property. Right off Highway 129 [Deals Gap]. Heavy, heavy traffic. Hard to get out during week. House was clean. Not a lot of outlets. Had to fight fitted sheets as they did not quite cover thick mattress. Outside was clean enough. Grass a little high but it was raining. Had to pick up branches out of drive and yard.
