Property has potential with some additional work

The guests before me smoked on the house and cleaners didnt notify the owners. Fence had issues that are to be fixed.

Week stay visiting family

Communication started out well, but after reaching out about suggested improvements I have not had a response. Due to that I have decided to let potential renters know our thoughts. Property is listed as 3 bedroom, but futon in third bedroom is not fit to sleep on. It is a twin size, and has a very hard metal bar down the middle. We had to buy an air mattress. The floors are absolutely filthy.Kitchen is fine. No ice available. No dishcloths or dishtowels. No dressers at all. There are hangersin closets. Nice to have washer and dryer.
