Wonderful, cozy room right off the main streets of downtown. The property owner has a great response time and is very accommodating and communicative. The bed was extremely comfortable with amazing sheets! The bath tub in the bathroom is fantastic! My only recommendation to the host is to lower the temperature of the room or provide an updated box fan. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your lovely property!

The property was so cute and clean! Only a few small notes or suggestions:- There wasn't a trash can? Maybe one by the kitchenette would be nice to have.- There were no blinds on one of the bathroom windows and I felt very "visable" by the neighbors after dark.Otherwise it was a great stay and I would happily stay there again!

Private and very comfortable

Darling side apartment in a fully restored early 1900s home. Everything was excellent, plenty of towels, comfy king size bed and side porch for enjoying the evening. It is close to downtown and all the new terrific restaurants. Hope to return next time we are in Livingston.

Perfect Host for Weekend Getaway

My weekend went so well! This is the first time that a host responded quick and was very hospitable and professional! I definitely will book this place again! It was a very clean and well decorated house. Thank you for being the perfect host!

Adorable suite in gorgeous, historic home with its own parking, entrance & porch sitting area. Immaculately decorated, ultra clean and very quiet (except for a short train that passes at night). This place is a steal and the hosts are super responsive. It has the largest tub I’ve ever seen in my life, and it’s set up like a spa with soaps and crystals. Highly recommend.

Great place for porch sitting

The apartment is well decorated. The microwave, minifrig and Keurig coffee maker were handy. There is a lovely porch with chairs where we enjoyed seeing lots of birds. Street is not busy. Owners are very accomodating!!The owner is very accommodation

Really enjoyed this little place. Peaceful and nobody ever bothered us. Great for a couples getaway. The bathtub was awesome. No trashcans, which was odd, but we just used grocery sacks and that was fine. The only other thing I didn’t like was we couldn’t control the AC. I guess it was controlled in the main part of the house. It was a little warmer than we like to sleep, but not terrible. Super clean place though and a really comfortable bed.

Our rental was very clean and well decorated. The Host was unaware of our arrival, however we knocked on his door and chatted with him and it worked out just fine. Shops were nearby as well as parks. The only thing to be aware of is that the soundproofing is lacking.
