- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM at the Residence Entrance on the 1st floor of Tower 2.
- Please note that the desk is open from 9 AM to 9 PM. If you arrive after 9 PM, please check in at Tower 1.
- Guest MUST provide an Estimate Time Arrival 24 hours prior to the check in
- Daily Housekeeping is not provided
