We love this quiet, residential pocket of Scottsdale. It's minutes from the McDowell Sonoran Preserve trailheads for hiking and biking, about 6 minutes from Old Town's dining and nightlife, and a short drive from Fashion Square and the golf courses. Trails in the morning, dinner out at night, and a calm street to come home to.

What makes this property unique

A true single-level home with no stairs anywhere, so the whole group — grandparents to kids — moves easily from the King suites to the Great Room and out to the resort backyard: a heated Pool, Hot Tub, shaded Cabana with BBQ, and a fire-pit gazebo. The six-bed Bunk Room has its own en-suite, double sinks, and a makeup station. Built for multi-gen reunions and big groups, with room for everyone and their own bed.
