The house was quiet and had plenty of room for 7 people. We appreciated the children's games, books, and blocks. The wifi was fast and the beds were comfortable.
Nice, family sized property in an interesting neighborhood. Main living area and bedroom on upper level were too warm as sun came through windows. The self clean checklist for checkout was a surprise for the rate.
This house had a great location to Lumen field. While the house was in a convenient location it was dusty and had ants. The walls, corners and door frames were covered in dust. When we got home from the concert there were ants all over our makeup bags, the counters and walls. There were hair clumps and lots of lint on the bedding and towels as well. The owners were easy to communicate with and the house had all the extras ( coffee maker, fans in all the rooms, extra blankets..etc).
My family and I had booked this place to stay close to seattle while in town. The house was very clean in a nice quite neighboorhood. Working with the host was very nice and easy and she was very responsive and made checking in and check out a breeze. The parking is off the alley and its a little tighter but we made 2 vehicles work just fine. We had gone into seattle to pykes and a few other stops and the drive was a short 20 minutes away. We all loved the deck and spent a lot of time out there just relaxing. Overall its a very nice place and id recommend it to anyone looking to stay near the seattle area.
Booked for several out of town guests for a weekend visit. Perfect location for us in a quiet area. Easy parking and very clean. Some of the blinds didn’t keep the rooms dark enough for some who wanted to sleep in but otherwise it worked perfectly for 6 adults. Will consider it again for other out of town guests

Horrible communication/ no
As a precaution that I realize I should have paid more attention to, this rental has no a/c. The little fans they provide do not help enough in the middle of the summer. Another forewarning: finding the road is difficult and if you have a larger vehicle it can be harder to manuever parking in small area. The property was beautiful, I will give it that. BUT the lack luster communication was the biggest problem. I had to message the owner the evening before to get the access code for the property. Aside from that, the only communication was the automated confirmation of booking. We noticed a little rat problem around the property and some ants. We did try to communicate this to the owner as an FYI, but received no response. We also noticed a couple hours after leaving that we left something behind. We messaged the owner to let them know and see if we could pick it back up on our way through town or pay for shipping. We received NO RESPONSE at all yet and it has been over a week.
Host communication was excellent. The home is very simple. My parents stayed while visiting. The master is on the second floor with kitchen and living room. Other two bedrooms are downstairs. We struggled a bit with the electronic lock but luckily there was a backup key. The rooms do not have blackout curtains so sleeping was a bit difficult. The home had coffee which was helpful. It could use a pair of scissors and other basics. .
