This home was a great place to lay your head for an evening! It was a quick drive from the Mariners game and close to Childrens hospital which were the two places we were headed to. The check in was simple, garage to park in was nice, and overall a nice quiet location. The finish work and cleanliness were not quite as pictured, but still a wonderful place to stay.
The house was beautiful and we were very comfortable there. Alexis was responsive to queries and flexible which was very much appreciated. A really lovely place from which to explore Seattle. Highly recommended!
No complaints! This was perfect for a few nights in Seattle prior to a cruise. We rented a car to go back and forth to downtown as it’s about 15 min away. It was cheaper to rent a car than get an Uber each time for 4 people. The host was excellent at communicating and the house was clean. One floor living once up a flight of stairs.
The house was clean. But most windows and the sliding door to the deck were all opened. One window in masterbedroom was not closing. Slides, wall were damaged. The laundry had bedsheets and were not removed. Would need maintenance done on the house. No base sheets were added in any rooms.
Beautiful house with lots of space! There were 5 of us: husband, myself 2 adult kids and 1 boyfriend in tow. Only needed 1 night to crash after an epic concert but I wish we could have stayed longer. Great communication and spotless. Super easy to find, use your gps as it's tucked away but I that means it's nice and quiet. Thank you again, Alexis!
Nice place to stay, it was super spacious and good for my family and me. The only thing I would change is that it doesn't have AC, it wasn't the best place to stay but definitely not the worst

Very reasonable rates, a quiet little corner of the city, literally minutes from I 5 so that/s your ticket to everything. Hostess was quick to respond to all emails, clear instructions, no special hoops to jump through for cleaning, this place was the bomb!
Great location! Minutes away from the University and grocery store. It had everything we needed for our stay. The house had plenty of room for our family and tools to tidy up during our stay. I loved the night stand charging lamps!
This is a unique home nestled in a canyon area with a creek running through the backyard. Although there’s nothing fancy about it, it was clean, nicely laid out and very charming. W e had a good stay.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I had appointments all day starting at 7:30 AM, arrived at the house around 4. With 4 young children ready to check. I though it was weird that I did not receive the check in information. So i called the house, they answered and said they would send it over the app for security purposes. Waited around 20 minutes outside the house. Then, to my surprise received a cancelation message no apology. They didnt answer calls or messages. Very unprofessional, avoid at all cost.
The home is spacious and in a good location, but it needs some updating. The bedroom doors squeaked terribly (one of them almost didn't open and shut), and the master bathroom shower door had issues. Communication was friendly, but at the end of our stay, it became non-existent (I messaged about an item we left behind, and never got any response). Also, if you stay in the summertime, there is no AC - and there were ants all over the kitchen.
House was clean, location was horrible, behind another house, huge car size ditches everywhere no lighting on street, so be careful not to fall in a ditch, advertised air conditioning, had one portable ac in the living room for the entire house including the basement, unacceptable when outside temps were in the high 70 low 80 overnight. Not enough fans for every bedroom to make it even worse. So we couldnt even blow the hot air around.
Great location for us, good common spaces and kitchen area. Parking is a little bit of a hassle, but we managed. Thanks

One night stay
Well, the stay was OK as we only needed it for one night the stairs up to the house need to be fixed or replaced. The wood is rotten and there's one Spot that was quite unsafe. Other than that, the house is as described "a humble abode" also, air-conditioning would be nice as it was very hot when we stayed there.
