Tivemos uma boa estadia. Pequenos contratempos foram resolvidos com diálogo. O ap. tem um bom nível de conforto (elevador, garagem, suite com ar split) e praticidade (cozinha equipada, maq de lavar). Necessários pequenos ajustes no anúncio (roupa de cama é parcial e a churrasqueira não está disponível para locatários)

Excelente apartamento

O imóvel possui excelente localização, perto de bares, restaurantes e padarias, facilitou muito não precisar tirar o carro da garagem. O apartamento conta com uma garagem de fácil acesso e a sala possui um bom tamanho. Gostei dos sofá camas na sala e o ar condicionado split era novo. Senti falta apenas da internet (não possui wifi). Fiquei muito contente com o atendimento. Indico a todos pelo excelente custo/benefício.
