Welcome to our charming 1BR/1BA condo, nestled in Monroe County on the tranquil shores of Lake Monroe. This fully renovated condo is located within the gated Eagle Pointe Resort community. Whether you're in town for business, visiting IU, or looking for a relaxing escape at Lake Monroe, this unit is the perfect fit for your stay. Bring your golf clubs and play the beautifully manicured 18-hole golf course. The recently updated space comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with a master bedroom featuring a King-sized bed and a brand-new, incredibly cozy Lazy Boy sleeper sofa. The unit offers Wi-Fi, 2 Smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining area, a washer and dryer, and a patio lounge for enjoying the outdoors.

The condo is approximately 3 miles from Fairfax Beach and Four Winds Resort & Marina, and about 12 miles to downtown Bloomington and Indiana University. Enjoy the seasonal community pool (typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day), and rest easy knowing the unit comes with a dedicated parking space.

Please note, trailers are not allowed within the Eagle Pointe gates, but boat and trailer parking is available across the road for a fee by calling Eagle Pointe Golf Club. In addition, in respect of the neighbors parties and/or gatherings are not allowed.
