This stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo, located in Building 4 on the 5th floor, offers a relaxing and stylish retreat for your Orange Beach getaway. The spacious Primary suite is a private oasis with a plush King bed, flat-screen TV, and private bath. The second bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed and flat-screen TV, while the third bedroom offers two Twin beds, ideal for children or extra guests. An additional sofa sleeper in the living room expands sleeping space for up to 8 guests.

The inviting living area opens to a private wrap-around balcony, where you can soak in panoramic Gulf views while enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials for preparing meals. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are included in the unit.

The apartment was on the fifth floor but easy to get up and down from parking lot. Beach access was terrific. Pool was clean. The place was very clean and well-kept. We had two small families there plus a brother who tagged along and there was plenty of space. Check-in was easy as was check-out. A wonderful stay.

Layout and space were great with a wonderful balcony. Everything was clean and pictures represented the condo unit well. Four additions that would be good for the future include Blackout curtains in master bedroom and living room, t-towels for drying dishes, plastic dishes/ cups, and handles on all kitchen and bathroom cabinets..

Well maintained

We have stayed at seaside beach and racquet club for the last 3 years and this was the nicest unit we have stayed in so far. The property is well maintained and well stocked in the kitchen area. Beautiful beach front views, and you walk right out of the door to the beach. Beds were pretty comfortable as well. The only suggestion I have is that the master bedroom needs black out curtains as the sun rises right into that window, making it difficult to sleep in if one wants (though watching the sun rise from bed is stunning!).

Balcony with an awesome view

My family and I came to orange beach to heal from my dads passing. First the communication was perfect with the manager. We were running late from our travels and they were very accommodating. Very easy check out process as well. The condo has all the essentials that you need. The wrap around balcony was perfect! My mom loved it as well as the rest of us. We were able to heal and relax and enjoy family time. We truly appreciated it. We definitely would come back here again !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice. The view is wonderful, overlooking the main pool and with a corner ocean view. The master bathroom is on the small side compared to the other bathroom but overall the condo was very nice and up to date. The complex itself was still under construction from Hurricane Sally but Liquid Life made that very clear from the beginning. We were not charged for the trip until a month prior due to the fact that work was still being done. The exterior was in need of updates and repair but that might have been due to the hurricane more than anything else. The tennis courts were unavailable due to damage. The indoor pool was closed because of COVID. The couch and recliner were a little worn but we didn't require them much. We liked that there was a large dinning table and the breakfast bar for family meals. Beds were comfortable and try desk furniture was perfect for enjoying sunrises and watching the waves. Liquid life was great to work with and we would definitely book through them again! Thanks for a great trip!

Great vacation

The condo was just as described. Beautiful view of the ocean. The property grounds were great, well maintained, and security was on top of things. Balcony overlooks the ocean and perfect view of the pool area. The only little flaw was the dryer in the unit. It could use an upgrade. It was hard getting towels dried. Unit right in the middle of great places to eat. I’d give this unit rental a 4.5 out of 5.
