Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Dispose of ALL trash in the designated outdoor trash bins. #146
Remove all bed sheets and place in the floor or bed. Load all dirty dishes and start dishwasher to help faster turn over.
Please make sure all 8 Pool Bands are left in the unit or charges will apply. Each missing band fee $25.00.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property
The first reason was location was key when we purchased this condo. A pool at our back patio and the beach steps away from the from of our unit. The second was not having any stairs to climb at the unit or to get on beach.
