COMMUNITY POOL: Guests have access to the local community pool offered to the Town of Landis residences. Pool hours are Tuesday - Sunday 11am - 7pm. Lifeguards on Duty. Guest Fee $12 per adult , Children under 17 Yrs Old $7 per child. During Summer months ONLY.

PARKING: Large Driveway, 2 Car Garage indoor access to the house.

HOUSE RULES: Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Late check out fee will be applied.
No smoking inside the property; designated outdoor smoking area only.
No pets allowed.
Respect noise levels; quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
