Other things to note This house can accommodate large trailers. However, be aware that during winter months this area can get a very large amount of snow (1 foot in 24 hours which is exacerbated by drifts due to strong winds) in a short period of time and even though we do our absolute best to plow the roads the crews can be overwhelmed during such times. If you plan to bring trailers then bring them at your own risk. We do not guarantee we can accommodate such a large trailer during winter storms.
Guests should be aware that this cabin is in the forest/woods which is home to many creatures big and small. Although there is a pest control company that comes frequently, some of the tiny ones may get into the cabin from time to time. NO REFUNDS will be granted because someone saw a spider, a fly, a wasp, a mouse, an ant, etc.
Please note that the location is at an elevation of 7,000 ft, where weather conditions can be unpredictable and snowfall may occur at any time of the year. We recommend arriving well-prepared for changing weather conditions.
The properties are surrounded by meadows which can at times grow to be tall. If you expect Kentucky Bluegrass at all times around the property, we may not be the best choice for you. Thank you so much.
Your hot tub and/or BBQ will be maintained weekly. A person will be at the property to do the maintenance. We cannot modify the scheduled time since we are in a rural area and attend to the hot tubs on a somewhat changing schedule. Please consider this fact as you book.
Please note that our home is located in a rural area, where summers are typically dry and dusty. It is very common to have dust, debris and cobwebs on the decks and outside areas in spite of our efforts. Also, fire pits may not be usable due to fire restrictions.
Also, road and other constructions are passable in neighboring properties, and we cannot control what neighbors or county do on theirs lots and properties.
The outside of the cabin maybe be different from the depicted photos based on the season, sunset and more. This is a high altitude and forested area and the landscape changes immensely from season to season. This is not a city dueling, and as such the meadows and landscaping around the cabin will change throughout the season. We ask you to take note of this before booking.
Allergy Disclaimer: While our home is professionally cleaned before each stay, we cannot guarantee that it is completely free of dust, fragrances, pollen, or other allergens. Guests with severe allergies, asthma, or chemical sensitivities should carefully consider this before booking, as we cannot guarantee an environment entirely free of potential allergens.
You will be asked to agree an outside contract that clarifies the details and ensures proper expectations on both sides.

From the moment we walked in the front door we felt welcomed. The cabin is beautifully decorated and has everything you could ever need.My grandson and I enjoyed the hot tub and the game room.It was nice that the owners told us a little bit about them and the information on the medals not to mention the map on the wall. What a great idea to mark where every guest calls home. We felt like we personally knew them. We will definitely stay there again.
My wife and I were in Yellowstone snowmobiling. The place was clean, great location and great communications on the property. I would stay here again. Mike Dietz
We stayed at this property for several days while exploring Yellowstone National Park. We received the code the morning of our arrival and it was clean and ready for us. Chris messaged to make sure everything was good when we arrived. I had a couple questions while we were there and he responded very quickly. There is a propane grill on site that we enjoyed using. There is also a cooler which was very helpful for us to take bottled water with us as we drove through the park. The hot tub was hot and ready but we were too busy exploring to spend time in it. Yellowstone is only about 20 minutes away and it was a great place to stay for our group.
Wonderful property in beautiful setting. Loved the hot tub after a few long days of hiking. Host was very informative (had great suggestions for the local area) and communicative.
The cabin was very clean and organized..Nice view to the mountains..The hot tub was really a plus..May I suggest to buy wine glasses?..Highly recommended
