We never wanted to leave. The condo had everything we wanted, needed and some! Coming home is really hard after such a beautiful visit in a place that felt like it could be home! Ms. Dawn was soooo nice and responsive to my questions. As soon as we walked in and put our bags down my husband said "Tell them we want to come back and book this place again." We are already talking about dates for next year and hoping that we can some how manage to afford two weekly trips with our daughters. Thank you Ms. Dawn and family for sharing this amazing space with others!

This condo is situated perfectly right across from the beach. Take short walk across the street and you are ready for a day in the sun and sand! When you are done with that, you can cool off in the pool situated on the back side of the building. Play a little tennis or take a short walk down the road and grab a bite to eat!

This property was perfect. Very clean and had everything we needed. From the keurig machine, beach chairs, umbrella and even a lighter to light a candle for my birthday cake. The convenience of the beach access was perfect in the views from the balcony in the evenings were awesome. Would definitely rebook, communication with the owner was ideal. Gave us a lot of ideas on where to eat. He was just overall a nice person.

AMI Trip

Condo was very nice and clean and the deck view of the ocean was beautiful. So peaceful sitting on the deck and listening to the ocean. We were at the perfect location to walk across street to the beach and was able to walk to Bridge Street, Island Time, Anna Maria Oyster Bar, Coquina Beach Market. Would love to go back!

It was a very cozy condo in a convenient location, across the street from beach access and a trolley stop. Bridge street is within walking distance or a very short trolley ride if you don’t feel like walking. The front balcony had a great view of the beach.

Bradenton Beach - Spring Break

The property was everything we expected (kitchen was fully stocked) with the exception of roof construction which took away from our experience (being we were on the top floor) but the owner was very responsive and graciously gave us some perks that made up for the inconvenience.

Beach Front

This property was perfect for our stay. It sits across a busy street from the beach. The layout is perfect for a family. It has washer, dryer, and tvs in every room. It might be hard for people who can’t walk up four sets of stairs. We would go back!

Great rental with amazing beach views

We loved the location and proximity to the beach and walking distance to Historic Bridge street. Unit was clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. There were beach chairs and umbrellas as well as other beach items for kids to play in the sand for use, washer and dryer. Pool and hot tub were a perk. We even barbecued outdoors near picnic benches and grill. Great trip, hope to stay there again.

Excellent - very well equipped

This condo was comfortable, clean, nicely decorated. Although the climb up 2 stories was a bit of a challenge I highly recommend this rental. Contact person for check in was helpful and accommodating. Would return.
