Escape to this serene 5-bedroom Cape May retreat. Bachelorette gatherings welcome! Located on a quiet cul-de-sac off of Bayshore Road in the north west area of Cape Island you will find our (5) bedroom, (4) full bath, (1) 1/2 bath home which sleeps 16 and features a gourmet kitchen, dedicated hard lined ice maker, sunroom overlooking our in ground swimming pool, family room, breakfast nook, dining room and full finished basement which includes a separate sleeping area, family room with 85" TV , regulation size pool table, foosball table and games with entertaining in mind. Our 3rd floor “camp room ” provides an extra sleeping area for extended family and friends. One and quarter acres of manicured natural beauty surround the house making it ideal for birding, relaxing and outdoor games. The home also boasts a very large mudroom, 3 car garage, large deck directly off sunroom with retractable awning, dining area and propane BBQ grill and fenced in pool area with additional seating.
GUESTS MUST SUPPLY OWN SHEETS, PILLOWCASES, BEACH AND BATH TOWELS

We provide (8) beach cruiser bicycles and helmets, a beach box on Broadway Beach and Beach Avenue beach (behind grill and bathrooms) assorted beach chairs, umbrellas, toys , indoor and outdoor games, books, dvd’s and much much more! A full amenities sheet provided on inquiry.

Place was very clean-- even the large pool was spotless. We are very allergic people, and the house had essentially no allergens; we breathed easily the whole time. Truly fully-equipped kitchen, far beyond what other weekly rentals have had in my experience. Air conditioning kept the house comfortable during a heat dome. Unbelievably responsive hosts. If I could rate 6/5, I would... this is the best home rental I've ever experienced.

Absolutely perfect for large extended family of grandparents, parents and kids of all ages. Plenty of space to be together as well as spreading out into small groups. We fully enjoyed our stay in this home! It was comfortable, well-equipped, clean, fully air-conditioned, well-functioning wi-fi and located close to many attractions and the beach. The pool was lovely and clean, as were the grounds. At the beach, the owner gave us access to a fully stocked beach box with chairs, umbrellas and toys. The garage also had bikes and a lovely grill. The owner was very responsive to our questions. Might return again!

Everything was excellent. There was a waterpipe issue that took some time but Laurie informed us as soon as she could about it and everything was fine. We all just wished the beautiful big house was closer to the beach. Parking at the beach was a problem, 8 of my family as some time rode bikes to the beach because of the parking. The bikes were great! The beach box was an added bonus. Lovely home, lovely hosts. I highly recommend this property for families or groups. We used the pool every day and enjoyed it. We watched soccer every day and night on the BIG Screen TVs! We never adjusted the temperature of the house and the weather for 2 days was in the 90s. EXCELLENT Vacation for our family,Burton Family
