Nestled at the base of the picturesque McDowell Mountains, this exclusive neighborhood offers a peaceful, serene environment with stunning views of rugged desert terrain and the valley below.

The area is known for its luxurious custom homes, many of which feature modern Southwestern architecture, expansive open floor plans, and large, private lots. Residents enjoy a sense of privacy and tranquility, with homes often surrounded by lush desert landscaping, private pools, and outdoor living spaces designed to embrace Arizona’s warm, sunny climate.

This neighborhood is a highly sought-after location for those looking for a high standard of living in a quiet, low-traffic area, yet still close to all the amenities that North Scottsdale has to offer. World-class golf courses, such as the TPC Scottsdale and Grayhawk Golf Club, are just a short drive away, as are upscale shopping centers like Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. Dining options range from gourmet restaurants to more casual spots offering a variety of cuisines, and the nearby Scottsdale Waterfront and Old Town Scottsdale provide additional entertainment and cultural experiences.

For outdoor enthusiasts, the community is perfectly positioned for hiking, biking, and exploring the nearby McDowell Sonoran Preserve, offering miles of scenic trails. The area`s blend of natural beauty, privacy, and proximity to the conveniences of Scottsdale make it an ideal place to live for those who desire both a peaceful retreat and easy access to city amenities.

This neighborhood is a true oasis, where the charm of desert living meets modern luxury, offering an exceptional lifestyle for those who call it home.

Getting around in the area is easy and convenient, whether you prefer driving, biking, or using rideshare services. Here’s a quick guide to help you navigate:

By Car: The neighborhood is easily accessible by car, and there’s plenty of parking available. Popular destinations like Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, and Grayhawk Golf Club are just a short drive away (5-10 minutes). Major highways, including the Loop 101, are nearby, making it easy to explore the greater Scottsdale and Phoenix area. If you`re planning to visit Old Town Scottsdale or attractions in the heart of the city, you’ll find that driving is the most convenient option.

Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area, providing a hassle-free way to get around if you prefer not to drive. Whether you`re heading to a restaurant, shopping center, or the golf course, rideshare services can pick you up in minutes.

Biking: Scottsdale is a bike-friendly city, and the Hideaway North Scottsdale area is perfect for outdoor exploration. There are several scenic biking paths and trails nearby, including those in the McDowell Sonoran Preserve, which offer a great way to enjoy the desert landscape. Many locals and visitors also enjoy cycling to nearby shops, cafes, and restaurants.

Public Transit: While public transportation isn’t as common in North Scottsdale, there are some bus routes that can take you to central Scottsdale or other areas of interest. If you plan to rely on transit, it’s best to check schedules in advance, as the area is more car-centric.

With its convenient access to major roads, rideshare options, and outdoor opportunities, getting around in the are is a breeze—whether you`re here for relaxation, adventure, or a bit of both.
