Sweet Retreat - Everything you need and MORE!

This property was one of the most fully equipped properties we’ve stayed in. It had everything and when I saw everything, I mean EVERYTHING!A gourmet chefs dream kitchen with every appliance you could ask for and some appliances you didn’t know to ask for.A garden area that’s out of this world, and two of the most friendly hosts own the property. The place is so nice, you kinda hate to touch anything, LOL.Enough space to do some small group entertaining or perfect for doing nothing at all but relax in the sauna - very serene.Off the beaten path, but easily accessible! The perfect location for a nice little getaway. There’s so much I could say about the property, but after you stay there, you’ll get to experience what we experienced and be able to be left speechless!

The kitchen is excellent: well equipped and lots of counter space. Lots of useful left-behind food items in the freezer and in the cabinets, There is enough space left to store a few large meat items in the refrigerator freezer for those weekly stayers who like to cook. The gas stove is particularly nice to use with an air-vent hood that actually vents to the back yard. The dishwasher works great and the instructions for using it are very clear and easy to follow. The house is also used for group functions, The closets are full of function items; leaving little room for hanging clothes--but there are large dressers for clothes that can be folded. The laundry room was full of clutter; but the washer and dryer were easy to operate once loaded. The house is well designed with separate areas that are quite peaceful to sit and read--- or to just quietly talk and enjoy each other; particularly, the sun room and the living room. These were absolutely the most wonderful places to enjoy and smile at each other. Very quiet and relaxing rooms. 5 stars! And the bathrooms and showers and facilities therein were wonderful! The beds and sleeping areas were perfect. The bedrooms are large enough to do your morning stretches too-- and get that smile going on your face. The heating unit worked flawlessly! As for walking areas around the house that is restricted due to poison ivy that is typical in this wooded, peaceful area.Would we go back there? Absolutely!!!
