Welcome to South Elder Acres: our stunning log cabin retreat, the perfect getaway for large groups or family gatherings in Lake Geneva, WI! A public boat launch and pier are located just 1/2 mile away where you can swim, fish, paddleboard or canoe. We are just a 10-minute drive to the downtown area.

This newly built home offers 5 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. This home combines comfort, fun, and unique character, featuring music-themed bedrooms, a heated indoor pool, and plenty of entertainment options.

The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a queen sleeper sofa, and a large outdoor balcony. The second floor has a loft with another sleeper sofa and three music-themed bedrooms, each with two queen beds. The basement offers an indoor heated pool, lounge area, foosball table, and dartboard, plus two themed bedrooms with bunk beds.

The home includes a carport, extra parking, and a tower with a wrap-around balcony offering panoramic views. It's an ideal space for family vacations, group getaways or anyone looking to enjoy a fun, comfortable, and unique stay.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather white sheets and pillowcases. Leave decorative comforters and shams on the bed they aren't meant to be slept on. Put in laundry basket or on floor near basket. Put Towels on bathroom floors.
Please gather all garbage and place in cans outside the pool door. If it is Sunday, please put the cans in the street. Garbage day is Monday. Thank You.
Detailed Instructions to unlock and lock doors is in the book on the kitchen table.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours: 10 p.m. - 7 a.m. daily
No Smoking Indoors No Pets allowed
Only plastic drinkware allowed in the basement, pool and hot tub areas. No glass allowed at all.

Gorgeous Property located near everything

Gorgeous home. We had an issues with the heat on the pool that they responded to immediately. Kitchen is very well equipped. The property is private and secure. Beds were very comfortable. More than enough parking space for the five cars we had. Views from the decks all around the house were gorgeous with wonderful water features throughout
