This spacious and well appointed first floor villa features two primary suites. The villa is within a short walking distance to the beach, pool, tennis center, pickleball courts and golf courses.

Both primary suites include their own en-suite bathroom with combination tub and shower. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for all your cooking needs. The dining table has seating for six. There is additional seating at the countertop bar. The living room, with plenty of seating, includes a HDTV and access to your own private deck.

You are steps away from Centre Courts community pool and tennis courts. Come spend your Hilton Head vacation at the villa that is close to everything wonderful that Palmetto Dunes has to offer!

This vacation rental is pet-friendly between October 1 through March 31 for an additional charge. No pets are permitted between April 1 through September 30.

Our pet policy only allows one dog per rental unit with a maximum weight of 40 pounds. Other restrictions may apply.

Very mediocre experience

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Oh where to begin. Guest need to be aware they are staying in an apartment building. Paper thin walls - you will hear every noise all day and night. Neighbors had a dog that barked constantly. The bathrooms looked in poor shape and much of the interior looked dated. Not worth the price.

Loved this property

We had a wonderful vacation. The unit was perfectly located in Palmetto dunes. Well quipped kitchen. The only reason I did not give this property a 5 star rating is because the ends were extremely uncomfortable. Other than that we have zero complaints and would recommend this property.

Great Stay

Excellent stay, very well equipped condo in every respect! Easy walk to restaurants, beach and General Store. And the staff at the Palmetto Dunes office are great! Shout out to Demetrea for sure!

Not ready for occupancy. Not great tennis facilities.

The condo was not ready when we arrived. There were no towels and no sheets. Because it was after 6, we had to wait until the next day for towels and sheets. Once we got our bikes from the nicest guys at the nearby rental facility, vacation got a whole lot better. Biked everywhere we could. While the signs read that cars had the right of way, cars did stop for riders. The people at the tennis desk not super friendly and tennis courts not very well kept. Beach very nice and general store a great spot for morning coffee. It was nice to have a pool nearby too. Apartment clean and well-kept with convenient appliances like microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher - awesome!
