The home was perfect for our family & dogs, very clean, spacious and only steps away from the beach, yes some parts are outdated however that is what makes the home have character & charm, we loved it and hope to book again next year!

Host was great to communicate with. The proximity to the beach was perfect. We had 6 adults and 1 child, house fit us all comfortably. The large dining table was ideal for family meals and chats. Balconies for each room was a great feature. Its not super updated, but it's cute and you want to enjoy the beach and pool and hot tub more than stare at the inside walls anyhow.

Decent place to stay. A little more dated than the pictures portray. Small kitchen with undersized refrigerator. Pool was very nice and the walk to the beach was short. Overall, good location to stay for time at the beach and restaurants and grocery stores close by.

The location and size of the property for 10 guests was excellent. It was steps from the beach which made beach days very convenient to come back for lunch, breaks, or anything we forgot. The pool and hot tub were clean and a nice break from the beach as well. Check in was smooth, and the home had conveniences like a hose to rinse off, clothesline to dry towels, various kitchen appliances, dishes, utensils, etc. However, we had quite a few nuisance issues with the home that came up and ultimately did not get resolved during our stay. Some we notified the host about, and as others popped up we just dealt with. The garbage was overflowing the can at the street upon arrival and we basically had to deal with flies and shoving it down until halfway through our trip (next garbage day). One bunk bed was missing a safety rail, and the kitchen screen door was jammed up and didn’t slide properly. I contacted host to fix both of those but nothing was addressed. I ended up using zip ties to reattach the loose door so it could be slid at all. There were a few lightbulbs out, the grill was quite messy for us to use and we had to clean it up before doing so, one bathroom sink was clogged and didn’t drain, and we had roaches that we bought spray to treat. Ultimately the location, size, and pool allowed us to enjoy our stay, but the home needs TLC and if issues arise, for them to be managed.

We enjoyed our trip! The house was as advertised and accommodated our family! We want to thank you all for helping me celebrate my birthday in a Big way! Hopefully we can do it again next year!!
