Escape to the beach in this beautiful 2 bed/2 bath condo in Dunes Pointe. Boasting water and golf course views from a four-seasons patio! Fully stocked kitchen, spacious dining / living rooms, W/D in unit.
Wake up to water views in the primary suite (king) and enjoy a tranquil ensuite bath with large walk in shower. The second bedroom is spacious with two full beds and updated ensuite bathroom, connecting to an in-unit laundry room with full size W/D.
Family friendly accommodations: includes a pack-n-play, high chair, tri-fold twin mattress, umbrella stroller, toys, puzzles, games, and books.
The beach is a direct, quick walk (.4 miles / less than 10 minutes) down Maison Dr. There are also half a dozen bars and restaurants within walking distance, as well as the Apache Pier. For your beach needs, there is a wagon, sand toys, and 4 beach chairs.
The complex has a large, heated indoor pool and hot tub, an even larger outdoor pool and hot tub (seasonal), tennis courts, pickle ball courts and water front area for picnicking and barbecue grills are a plus!
Close to Tanger Outlets (5 min drive), Barefoot Landing (7 min drive), Broadway at the Beach (15 min drive).
