This is the perfect downtown Asheville stay! We were celebrating my wife’s 50th and the location, house itself, and the host were all 10/10! While being close to downtown (10 minutes or less) you feel like you are on top of a secluded mountain. They have everything you need for a perfect time. Thank you Kerri!

This was an amazing house!! Very close to town, plenty of space for our large group of 13, and we had an awesome time. Would definitely come back to stay here!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful mountain retreat. A group of 10 of us get together every August, and it’s hard to find a place that will sleep that many comfortably, and offer such great scenery and amenities. If we make it back to Asheville again, we will no question rent this house. A

Beautiful and spacious home!! Kitchen was well equipped. Having 2 refrigerators was helpful.Even though you felt secluded, home is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants!!!! Some of our early risers saw 2 black bears in the driveway!!! Great trip!!!!

Great location for an extended family long weekend. Everything was as advertised. Lots of room. Well appointed kitchen. We really enjoyed the outside porches and the nice views. Even got to watch a family of bears playing in the nearby woods. Very close to town while having beautiful views and feeling like you’re away from it all. Kerri also did a nice job of providing a recommended list of restaurants, activities and hikes.

We had the best girls weekend in Asheville! The house was absolutely perfect for us. Beautifully decorated, super clean, and perfectly set up for relaxing, catching up, and enjoying the mountains. It was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go.You were a fantastic host, very responsive, helpful, and made everything smooth from booking to checkout.We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for a fun, comfortable getaway with friends!

Beautiful, well-equipped house was perfect for a family reunion. The host was very responsive and helpful. Arrival note: The driveway was a bit daunting when we arrived but there is plenty of room at the bottom to park and turn around.

This is our 2nd time staying here. Kelli is always so responsive! And, very friendly. The house is ideal for our friends and family to spend quality time together. While the adults spent the majority of our time in the kitchen - cooking during the day and playing cards at night - the kids LOVED the "movie room." The house is always clean and well-maintained.
