We love Breckenridge and we love skiing. We have a 6 yr old and 10 year old and already have them on skis. If you have a family with little ones we know what it is like and have all the amenities you will need for the little ones.

When you go on a vacation you don't want hassles. You want everything turn key. That is what this property offers. If you want to go for a dip in the Hot Tub is 20 seconds away. If you want to get in your car - its right there and no maze to travel through. Maybe you want to go into town for a quick bite to eat then your walk is 2 minutes. Shopping is the same walk. Perhaps the altitude is getting to you - then walk 3 minutes from the slopes and you are back in the condo. What if you decide to have friends over then the spacious living room is great for entertaining along with the Big Screen TV for big sporting events. Convenience and comfort galore.

This location is one of the best in town. The first reason is that you are only 100 yards to town and all the nightlife it has to offer. Sometimes parking can be a nightmare in Breckenridge and what is better than being able to walk everywhere, enjoy the ambience of the town, and not have to hassle with parking. The second reason you will love this location is that you only have to walk 250 yards to the Quicksilver chairlift. That is only 3 minutes in ski boots and the pathway is pretty flat.
