Incredible ski in ski out. Great location near peak 8 base and restaurants. Two hot tubs with views of the slopes. The place was very comfortable. The only concern was the keypad to get in wouldn’t always work. Also check out is 10am. But the place and location can’t be beat.

Property is a bit dated but it doesn't get any better for ski in ski out. Just walk out the door and put your skis on at peak 8 lifts.We will come again

Excellent location!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Skiwatch. The location for the price cannot be beat. You truly can ski in & out and watch the lifts from your porch. Free covered parking was also nice and ski lockers made it easy to keep our car & unit clean. My only issue was getting in, as the key code never worked for us. However the property manager was nearby and able to get us into the unit fairly quickly.

Kick *ss location!

Great location! 107 had ok beds- a little soft but definitely ok. Perfect location on the slope- a true ski in ski out. Kitchen was lacking but doable, would have like some potholders vs towels to grab hot stuff especially for the $$. Shower pressure was amazing. We had a few issues and management handled them perfectly with quick response and fixed the issues (toilets needed a plunging and a dead toaster oven) Regardless this rental can’t be beat for the location!!! Overall amazing rental and would definitely recommend!

Ski In/ Ski Out with ease

Absolutely incredible location. Walk off your porch, take 40 steps to the ski rack, and you are on the slopes. First floor location is clutch..NO STEPS in ski boots! So easy and a great way to save some $$ by eating in for luncha nd breakfast. Worries about lift lines? Just look out your window. You're that close to the Colorado and Rocky Mountain Super Chairs. The condo itself is pretty good. The beds are OK. Not the most comfortable; not the most uncomfortable. Bathrooms are tight, but no biggie. Dishwasher could be better, but again, no biggie. The management service will take care of you and any questions quickly. IN summary, great location, great place, minor issues. Stay here!

Great ski in ski out condo

We spent a week over the 2024-2025 New Year in this condo. Check-in was super easy. Plenty of info was emailed to us prior to check explaining the process and detailing information about our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and the low bar/table worked well for our family. It provided alot of room to store groceries and snacks but still provided plenty of room for us to sit around and eat. The space in the bedrooms was a bit tight but still manageable. The aminities in the building were nice. The building appears to be older but it is well kept. The laundry area, hot tubs, sauna, and 2 lounge areas were nice. Parking was very convenient. I dive a large 4x4 truck and had plenty of room for clearance and space to pull in. The only real issue we had during our stay was with the electronic keypad for the front door. it almost always took several tries to get the keypad to respond to the lock. The location of this condo to the lift and slopes was great. it is a true ski in ski out. Right up to the door on the slopes. Its easy to get to Rocky Mountain and Colorado lifts.We would definitely stay here again.

This place is great if you want to ski, cook your own food and enjoy mountain view hot tubs. The place accommodates a large group and is spacious for a ski in and out. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely book the place again!!

This was a great place to stay for our group. For inexperienced skiers, this is a difficult place to ski in/out of. The condo itself has all the basic amenities for your stay. Property managers were responsive when needed.

This location is perfect. We never got in the car and travelled everywhere by foot, gondola or bus. The condo was very clean and we cooked multiple meals with ease. It was a very comfortable stay that was thoroughly enjoyed.

Great access to mountain. Ski off the porch and ski to the porch. Slope view from the couch. Ground level. We kept our gear on the porch. Had all the kitchen utensils needed. This unit wasn’t remodeled at time of our stay. Could use some updating but wouldn’t keep me away. Managemant was very responsive.

Excellent Property

This property was perfect. If I make it back out to Breck, I will book this property again. The management staff was great. We arrived at 10pm and couldn't get the code to work get the key, but Karla the property manager had Asher the building manager met us within minutes to help us into the property. As for the property, the convenience of skiing in and out of the property and location to the chair lifts/ski rental shop on Peak 8 couldn't be better. There are also flat sceen TVs in both bedrooms and living room which aren't updated in the photos.

I’ve stayed in this building twice now. This unit is a bit dated but clean and has all you need to enjoy Breckenridge. Floors are thin in this property so if you’re not on the top floor you’ll hear footsteps etc from above. I sleep well with earplugs which I recommend for here. Covered parking is great. Hot tubs are dated but work fine and are set at appropriate temp. The unbeatable thing here is the location. You ski down to the lift to begin and ski down from the mountain to Ski Watch...no walking to/from the lifts, just ski from the locker to the locker.
