This property has a nice pool onsite. Charcoal grills and tables are located just next to the beach at this property making a beach grill out a fun option for your visit here!! Coin operated washer and dryer available. Direct beach access to one of the nicest stretches of beach in Treasure Island allows you to walk for miles right from your condo.

Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Head West to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village. Weekend getaway

Nice place with comfortable furniture. Directly on the beach. Elevators were not working properly when we arrived but the were being fixed while there.

Nice location but very run down rental and property

Positives: Location, location, location - beautiful spot on the beach. Property was clean and well stocked. Lots of beach equipment to use. Quiet building and very friendly neighbors. Great parking location. Master Bed was super comfortable. Cons: Outdated - lots of issues that need to be fixed Water leaked around the shower extension, which probably means it was leaking behind the wall. The kitchen drawers are all pretty bad, but the third one down kept trying to fall out. The blinds in the master bedroom were broken, so we had to figure out a way to block out the light since they wouldn't go all the way down - it is turtle season so that was important. The bed in the 2nd bedroom was very firm, and not comfortable. The elevator was iffy - sometimes it worked, sometimes it did not which meant lugging suitcases up and down 3 flights of stairs. The biggest con, when you stood in the tub to shower, you could feel the floor swaying under you, kinda scary. Overall impression - the location was the best, beautiful sunsets and so close to the beach and very quiet. The rental and the building definitely needed some remolding and just basic work. A hurricane had just blown through a few days before, so that probably accounted for the issues with the elevator. The rental agent was great to work with and answered our questions quickly. I probably wouldn't stay at this particular rental again, but it was a nice trip, and I wouldn't discourage anyone else from staying there.

Wedding weekend

Smaller than I thought. Especially kitchen, very tight. Need more silverware. I fixed drawer that kept coming out in kitchen. Pool area needs chairs, clean but drab.

Sunset Chateau

The unit needs updating. Kitchen had very basic items. Third drawer in kitchen still not fixed. Saw this in other reviews as well. Unit had cables running along floors. No fans in bathrooms. Carpet was stained and needs to be replaced. Would have been nice to have chairs and tables in the pool area and decent grills.
