The condo was so much better than expected. Quick and easy communication with Pam. Had a couple glitches, which was not the owners fault. But they were fixed in a very timely manner. We had an excellent stay.

This home is perfect for a large family or even two families (like us!) The house had all the supplies we needed for cooking, lounging, pickleball, pool and beach days! The location is close to restaurants and shopping, and it was so nice to have beach access within the resort area with easy parking. We absolutely loved our experience in Hilton Head!

This house was beautiful! It was well-stocked and very clean. It accommodated all our guests comfortably including children. The location was awesome, we loved being so close to the pickleball court and the pool. Very close to the beach too, 5min car ride with beach parking access and about 6-10min bike ride. Both the property manager and owner were very easy to communicate with. Overall, it was a very lovely place.

We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The property was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, with so many special details throughout. The house is near the beach access. We mostly rode a bike or walked to the beach. It is also close to many activities in the area. The marina, where we rented a pontoon boat is less than 15 minute drive. There are other beaches as well, Coligny Park is close to the house and lots of dining options nearby.The kitchen was incredibly well stocked, which made preparing meals so easy. We truly appreciated all the little touches that made our stay feel comfortable and special.We had such a wonderful time and made some great memories. We were sad to leave and would definitely love to come back! We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and memorable getaway.

Amazing place and location!

My family and I had a wonderful stay here! The property was very nice, super close to the pool and beach, also very close to many shops, restaurants, parks etc! The hosts and property manager were very nice and responsive, they provided us with everything we needed for our stay and made the check in/check out process extremely easy. We would absolutely recommend this location and stay here again as well!

Well appointed townhome in Shipyard plantationThe updated first floor with kitchen, bar and wine fridge is a nice touch. The large walk in shower is also a plus.The location is very convenient to the pool and the complex has all new walkways. The dog friendly option is a bonus. We would return to this property and give it a recommend. Well managed.

Summary & photos of property were accurate. We stayed with our 3 adult children & their spouses. It was a quick stay as we were attending a wedding at the Omni. We only cooked breakfast and the Kitchen was well equipped and had a kcup & drip coffee maker as well as an electric & stove top kettle. The toaster also worked well. The Swimming pool was very close & not very crowded. Going to the beach was a 15 minute walk & a 5 minute drive and using the beach parking pass was great. We loved that there were enough beach/pool towels & chairs for everyone in our party. There was a wifi extender on the second floor as well as internet on the first floor so wifi worked great.The communication was easy with the owner before our stay & the local host was very responsive during our stay. I would recommend this rental & I would rent again if I ever return to Hilton Head. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Excellent Property and Location

We could not be more pleased with our stay, the property was very well appointed, immaculately clean and well represented. Lovely walking trails and approximately 20 min charming walk to the beach. We have stayed at a number of properties in Hilton Head and we would rate this as superb.

Great golf getaway

This was our 18th annual spring golf trip and we choose Hilton Head . The house was great , very clean , great location, and very efficient ! Pam our property manager was very communicative and a pleasure to work with ,(although we had no issues!!). We highly recommend this house , and hope stay their next year !

Great location - easy bike ride to Shipyard beach, Coligny and surrounding restaurants and shops. Steps from the pickleball court and the pool from front and back entrances. Property could be updated, but the villa was clean and accommodated 8 adults. Great communication with the owners and property manager.

The property was quite comfortable for our family party of seven and a puppy. The pre-arrival information was accurate and timely, and check-in process was smooth. The property was very clean and well stocked with all of the necessities. We used the property as basecamp while attending the air show at Beaufort MCAS and spending time at the beach, which was an easy 0.9 mile walk. Looking forward to staying there again in the future.
