Looking enjoy resort living for a month or two (30 day minimum stay) or just a place to escape the winter blahs, look no further than this beautiful Eagle's Nest home, located in the Award Winning gated Pebble Creek Retirement Community 55+ ( must be at least 40 to rent) in Goodyear Arizona.

Recently remodeled and completely refurbished, this beautiful home and desert oasis comes fully equipped with all the kitchen gadgets and appliances you could want and has a golf cart for your use as well.

The renowned PebbleCreek resort is Home to two Championship Golf Courses, two Olympic size swimming pools, lap pools, fitness center, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, Bocce courts and only minutes to every kind of sports venue. All this and so much more!

This popular Oakmont model is a gorgeous 1570 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 bath custom home with a spacious, open floor plan, featuring vaulted ceilings, tile floors, granite counters in the newly remodeled Kitchen and bathrooms, with plantation shutters throughout, stylish ceiling fans and of course central heating and A/C.

Huge master suite has a beautiful wrought iron King bed, solid wood dresser and night stands, and a sitting area. There is also a wall mounted flat screen HDTV.
And of course there is a spacious, well appointed bathroom with 'his' & 'hers' sinks and a walk in closet.

Second bedroom has queen bed and solid wood night stands.

Home Away From Home

We recently stayed in this beautiful property for 4 months as our home was being put back together. The home had everything we needed. It is in a great location in the Pebble Creek Community. Three golf courses, 3 pools, and 2 wonderful restaurants were all available during our stay. I highly recommend this home for a short or long stay.

Home Away from Home

We are loving our stay, this has been our home away from home. The home is beautiful, and well equipped with everything you need. The community has so many amenities, pools, golf courses and restaurants. Leah and Steve have been wonderful hosts.

Great Vacation Home in Gated Golf Community

Great hosts and wonderful home with 2 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. Steve and Leah were the nicest, easiest to work with hosts we ever had on a vrbo property. Would definitely rent this home again.

The Martin’s home in Pebble Creek is a wonderful place to stay. The home is fully upgraded and in a perfect location.Pebble Creek has so many amenities, 3 pools, 2 clubhouses, 3 golf courses, and a couple wonderful restaurants. The home is equipped with everything you might need for a short or extended stay.

Excellent Stay!

This is a lovely home in a friendly, walkable neighborhood! Steve and Leah are wonderful hosts. The property is so well-equipped. The kitchen has everything one would need, and all is high quality. We stayed for 2 months and felt very comfortable - especially important as we stayed 'home' most of the time due to pandemic. Thank you, Steve and Leah!

The house was really comfortable but unfortunately we had some issues with the golf cart and internet. The owner , however, was really responsive but we couldn’t get those two issues resolved during our stay

My wife and I rented from Steve and Lea's home last after our place got blown away in Hurricane Ian. No hurricanes in AZ, that's great news. Top that with great hosting by Lea and Steve in their Pebblecreek Home. First the home is really well furnished by long term rentals with the most well supplied kitchen we have experienced in a rental. The bed is really comfortable, the home is really nice and we high recommend it. Pebblecreek itself is centrally located in AZ with excellent access to anywhere in Arizona. We did lots of hiking and traveling and could always return to the comforts of this home. Pebblecreek itself is an awesome community with all the sports you expect plus classes, lectures and entertainment. It is like going to college without the worry about grades. At the end of the month we wanted to stay longer.

Wonderful Stay

I rented the house so I could go house hunting because I am moving to AZ. Leah was just wonderful. The neighbors were so helpful. I had a problem with a tree that had a watering problem and the neighbors came to the door to let me now of the problem so I could notify the landlords. It was taken care of immediately. Everything about my stay was the best. If I had come just for vacation, I would definately come here again, but now I have my own place to call home!

We really enjoyed our stay and booked another month next year. Excellent bed we slept so good. Place is well stocked, upgraded linens, fast internet, any thing needed to stay long term was here. The theater love seat was great for TV watching. Owners were extremely nice and easy to get ahold of.

Pebble Creek Getaway

The Pebble Creek community is a very friendly place and offers a myriad of activities to participate in. The facilities are excellent and the staff helpful and friendly. It is convenient to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. The home we stayed in was well equipped with everything we needed and the neighborhood was quiet. We certainly enjoyed the oranges, lemons and grapefruits from the trees on property. If you’re looking for a fun place to stay, Pebble Creek is a top choice.

Unit was everything the listing stated, we absolutely loved the place, especially the outdoor kitchen, the owners are very prompt and responsive to any questions. WI-FI worked great which is rare in rental units, home is layed out perfectly for casual living and dining indoors or out! My wife left her wireless headset in the nightstand next to the bed, and the owners are having it mailed back to us, so kind of them. We would certainly return on a future trip to a very pleasant and positive stay.

Pebble Creek & the Martin home is the highlight of our winter. Their home is so comfortable, well located, & amazingly well equipped. You will want from nothing while here. The activities available at PC are varied, plentiful & extremely well run & organized. The Martins as managers are readily available & very comfortable to work with. Your comfort is their main focus. Don't forget the two clubhouse restaurants on property, yummy.
