Beverley vrbo

The house was immaculate. Everything furnishings, and kitchen, where all the necessities were all there. House is fairly new and in great shape. Mike the property manager was very responsive for all of our needs. Good location a little bit far from the center of things, but not too bad. the only negative would be the distance from the house to the freeway, couldn’t hear it inside but outside on the patio, you could hear the freeway noise. Otherwise a great stay and a great house.

Thanks for reviewing The Berkeley at Pebblecreek! Glad to hear you enjoyed the house and your guest experience was 5 STARS! Unfortunately, there is some minor freeway noise at night when sounds carry a bit due to the undeveloped land near the freeway. Fortunately the house DOES NOT back to the freeway and eventually that land will be developed and the noise will be blocked out. Glad to hear it didn't negatively impact your stay, and we look forward to hosting you again soon!
