Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths (Sleeps 6-7).

This large (over 1660 sq. ft), luxurious condo is a beach front corner unit on the west side of the building on the 9th floor and offers views of Orange Beach, Perdido Key, Ole River , and Ono Island. Each of the extra large three bedrooms has their own balcony,master and one guest room have king beds, the third has a full bed and a twin bed, flat screen TV's and private bath.

Professionally decorated interior has a large kitchen with outside views, quartz counter tops, wet bar with ice maker and all kitchen amenities. The elegant living room and dining area also have unsurpassed views of the beach. Brand new 50 inch flat screen TV. Living and Master TV's are smart tv's enabling you to sign into your streaming accounts.

The master bedroom has private access to the 428 sq. ft. ocean front balcony, king bed, and private bath with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower and a walk in closet. It also has a 46 inch flat screen TV and DVD player.


Regency Isle is a newer, beach front condo 4/10th of a mile from the Florida state line. Guests have the full use of both a heated indoor pool and large outdoor pool, two hot tubs, steam room, and exercise room. It also has a pavillion with gas grills. It has covered reserved parking, on site management and full security service.

Free wireless internet access.

In addition to the beach and pools, you will enjoy the world class golf courses, deep sea fishing, and shopping at the Wharf and discount Tanger/Rivera Mall is only minutes away. Younger guests also enjoy the nearby zoo, water slides, para sailing, biking, jet skiing and horseback riding.

Immaculate condo! Very well appointed with everything you need and more. Stacy was a great host that was very responsive to all communication. Every bedroom has a view and a bathroom. The location, the views, the amenities I can't think of anything lacking. Would love to stay here again!

Amazing property! Great weekend vacation! 1 of the bathrooms were not cleaned properly as there was still hair in the shower. Overall great stay!

Amazing condo!!!

This is the most beautiful condo! It has been renovated and is amazing with fabulous furniture! Loved everything about it. It is in a great location, has everything you could possibly need, comfortable beds, gorgeous views from everywhere in the condo. I could go on and on!!!! Stacy is so friendly, quick to reply, and takes very good care of her guests. The pictures listed for the condo don’t do it justice!! We will definitely be staying in this condo again!!

Great corner unit in a fantastic spot on Orange Beach. Perfect space for our family of 6 - beautiful views, easy access to uncrowded beach and pool, wished we could have stayed longer. Would definitely use this condo on a return trip.

Beautiful spacious condo

We loved staying at this condo for the weekend with my 2 year old! The pool was perfect when the waves were too much and the rooms were set up with everything we need. Stacey was super responsive and helpful. We will probably be staying here again next year!

Condo had everything we needed. Beds very comfortable. Parking garage spaces seemed unorganized-took a while to find our spot. Had nice beach chairs and some toys for kids, although we did not use them. Owner was very responsive!

Great place to stay in Orange Beach

This place had it all. Great beds and soft sheets. Each room had a balcony and its own bathroom. We really appreciated the beach chairs and toys for the little one. The ice machine was an added plus to take a cooler to the beach every day. Had a couple of minor issues but contacted the host and was taken care of. Great place to stay! Would definitely rent again!

Great Family Vacation spot.

This was the second year we have rented this condo for our family vacation. We've stayed at Regency Isle for at least the last 5 trips to Orange Beach. This kitchen was fully stocked, even better this year than last. I have a number of siblings in the OB area. We had plenty of room to entertain groups for dinnet almost every night. The closenes of The FloraBama is always a draw within walking distance, and the pizza at Happy Harbor was a hit too. Obviously my family loves RI and specifically this condo, we'be back!

A Special Week at Regency Isle

My wife and I searched the Gulf Coast for a beach condo to host our two grown daughters and their husbands for a relaxing week. After narrowing our potential list to five which we then reviewed with the girls. Regency Isle 912 was the consensus choice and we were in no way disappointed! The condo was everything we expected and more! A great location, beautiful section of the beach, and fantastic accommodations set us up for a perfect week. Add the fact that the owner is more responsive than any I’ve ever worked with and we are already planning a return trip!!

Beautiful condo!

Loved this condo. Had amazing views from every room in the condo along with a very spacious balcony facing the beach and one outside the other two bedrooms. We had plenty of room for everyone in our group and so helpful to have bathrooms in each room plus another 1/2 bath. The condo was in a great location - very quiet and family oriented. Ice maker a definite plus! The owner was very easy to contact and was quick to take care of an issue we had with washing machine. Loved everything about this condo! Would definitely rent this condo again!!!

Our first trip but not our last!

This beach is beautiful! And so is the condo!!! We have traveled many beaches and by far this is on the top of our list for great overall vacations. We did losts of activities with the kids and enjoyed the very white beaches. The restaurants in the area are fabulous. Condo is an end unit with a direct view of the beach and a view to the west which many of the other units don't have. It was great to have the 3 bedrooms in this condo for the kids to sleep separately. The unit is very updated and clean. You can tell the owners put lots of TLC into the unit. Owners are very accomodating. I will be booking this unit again next year! Highly recommend to all.

Loved this unit and building

Nothing but great things to say about Regency Isle. The unit was exactly as described and the beds were all super comfy. The view out the front balcony (which connects the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms) was absolutely breathtaking. We will never stay West of the bridge any longer! I don't know if it was because we vacationed a little later in the month than we normally do, but the water was crystal clear and the beach and pool had plenty of room with lots of open chairs at all times. It was amazing. Kitchen was very well stocked and the added ice bin was amazing as well. Gas grills were a nice bonus as well. The only thing I can recommend for Regency Isle is a better fitness facility. The one they have is pretty non existent and cables were broken.
