Fully stocked gourmet kitchen with induction cook top and dishwasher, two bedrooms (one a loft) high ceilings and skylights, cable TV, bathtub/shower, Washer/Dryer, heat and AC and private fenced patio with furniture (not in winter) are just a few of the amenities. We have an exterior camera to monitor that the premises are safe and uninvited guests are not entering the property.~~ We don’t ask you to do any cleaning, stripping of beds or emptying of trash. Please note that a $100 cleaning fee is due in cash at check in.~~ City of Portland ASTR Permit # 16-233772-HO If you think you might need to cancel outside of the refund zone, please consider getting traveler's insurance as we adhere to our cancellation policy.

Hospitality is in my DNA, having previously managed vacation rentals in Nicaragua and on Maui. I'm a passionate backpacker, fly fisher and cyclist and gardener, growing perennials and organic vegetables. I love to eat and seek out new fine dining opportunities as well as unique food trucks and I'm happy to share them with you.
