This property was perfect for our needs. Nice comfortable spaces, beautiful view, good kitchen and spacious bedrooms. The location was ideal for us having family in the neighborhood but also easy walking distance to Gelsons, Trader Joe’s and lots of restaurants. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

The house was just as described on the listing. Very comfortable beds, well equipped, and very clean. This is a great neighborhood and we were very close to our son and his family, which made it even better. We hope to stay again.

The property was perfect in each and every way. Great and timely communications with the host, easy check in made the trip easy. Once there, the house did not disappoint - well accommodated, clean, and a great layout. The best perk was the view from the back deck at dusk - just fantastic. We would plan to stay again next time we're back in town to visit our daughter.

We had an awesome stay. This house is just like the pictures and more spacious than you expect in LA. Great location, quiet, and yes the beautiful view of sunsets. Lilian always answered questions promptly. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful week in Los Feliz. Loved the quiet neighborhood - close to great restaurants, Whole Foods, Erewhon. Parking was easy. Bedrooms very comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Would definitely stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The property looked exactly as depicted in the photos, and the views from the back porch were incredible. It is such a pretty area of Los Angeles, with great coffee shops and restaurants nearby. I would gladly stay here again!

Wonderful stay in Los Feliz!

We enjoyed the beautiful view at Claire’s place in LA. It’s a wonderful neighborhood with cute places to eat and drink nearby. We loved the house and it was so easy to relax and enjoy our stay there.

Love this house in the hills overlooking part of LA. Beautiful views night & day. Well equipped & comfy beds. Will stay here agin as close to our son’s place. Deck was fantastic! Claire was a great help too! Thank you for the great stay!

We had a wonderful time staying here over a long weekend. The house is beautiful and well-appointed. The views really are stunning. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and sipping wine while we watched the sunset and the city lights. The location was perfect for us - close (within walking distance) to Gelson’s and Trader Joe’s as well as restaurants and other conveniences. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. And our hosts were friendly, helpful, and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this property, which for us is located in the perfect spot within Los Feliz. We were easily able to walk to everything we needed including restaurants, markets, and parks. Home was clean, modern, and comfortable, especially the beds. The view is stunning with a panorama of LA facing the west. We really enjoyed the magnificent sunsets from the deck while overlooking LA and the Santa Monica mountains with Griffith Observatory perched just above. Overall I would highly recommend this property with special praise for the graciousness of the owner Lilian, who was responsive and attentive throughout our stay. We hope to come back to LA and when we do, we hope to stay at this lovely property again.

Weekend with friends and fam!

We had the most amazing weekend and we couldn’t have picked a better spot than Claire’s property here in Los Feliz area. It was the perfect home base for the weekend we had planned that revolves around a few shows at the Hollywood Bowl! There were six of us, the property was perfect, plenty of space for us all and three bathrooms to boot helped for getting ready quickly. The property is so perfectly located for a weekend in Los Angeles,Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Burbank … all of the areas we had reservations in. Walking distance to super cute shops and restaurants. The spacious kitchen was perfect for big breakfasts and a Sunday bbq too! We will definitely stay here again! Five stars!
