Nice location, close to downtown with lots of walking options. Good for our needs, spread out with room between the bedrooms.Living room furniture not in good condition, a few items that could use work. Host was very responsive. Overnighted additional kitchen items that made for a better/easier stay.

Inside of property was well appointed and clean and everything needed for meals, showers etc,… was provided. The area/ location was a bit run down and noisy (loud train).

The apartment was very nice and very clean. We did have some trouble getting into the apartment initially, but the host was wonderful with communicating with us and got us squared away. Overall a great place to stay.

Great property, really cool location description did not indicate this was an apartment within a larger building. Third bedroom is on a separate floor from the rest and as parents with you ger children, we were unable to use it due to being so far apart from one another.

The place was clean- the layout was a little strange as the master bathroom with bedroom had the smallest bed, the two larger beds had to travel the whole apartment to share a small bathroom. Otherwise it was great!!

The property was spacious and had alot of potential. Needs a good freshening. Carpet areas need cleaned. Don't use stained sheets. Needs all new bedding, new towels,a good cleaning in areas such as ceiling fans and places that aren't so obvious. Needs new mattresses. It was like sleeping on a sponge on the floor. New pillows and comforters. Put a king bed in the master suite, not a full size. Throw out the old furniture that is falling apart. I'm not a picky person but little things like this would make this place great. We had a few issues and I must say, the mgmt company was very nice and helpful to correct issues. Overall, it served our needs but wish the owner would take some pride in this place and renovate what is needed.

This is the nearest place ever! If you love historic places, you will love this. Read up on the history of this mansion; it's fascinating! The rental was super clean, exactly as pictured, very modern, and comfortable. Be aware there are a lot of steps, but this was not an issue for us. The rental is near plenty of things to do, also. I want to comment on the hosts: these are the absolute sweetest people you will ever communicate with. They are both extremely kind, accommodating, and truly want you to have a good experience. They also reply almost immediately if you have any questions. They truly added to the magic of our experience.
