The property is perfect, has all the amenities you need for any length of stay, close to a lot of good restaurants and stores. If you like to party itā€™s a 5 minute walk to La Placita. Couldnā€™t have asked for a better location or host.

Everything was just as described. The AC and WiFi were amazing!. The view and the hot tub was so relaxing, plus was able to wash and dry laundry. Within walkable and taxi distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and a Walmart if you need it. Would definitely stay again.

Super fun location, quiet neighborhood but close walking distance to beach, restaurants, some shops and nightlife! Host was helpful and easy to communicate with! I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

This was an amazing place. My husband and I loved the apartment especially the wrap around balcony, the hot tub, and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Jose was extremely pleasant, helpful and approachable. I highly recommend this place. Also walking distance from the beach and La Placita

Highly recommended

So much great things to say about my stay at this property. First itā€™s the perfect location. Between the beaches food and nightlife itā€™s no better location.You can see La Plasita from your balcony. You can also walk to the beach or walk and get food. Nice quiet neighborhood. Now the penthouse, clean, cozy and well maintained. Spacious indoors and out. Living room, dining area and extra seating area all inside. Outside is so nice and cozy also the balcony has a sitting table and Jacuzzi with sun vent incase needed. You even have the luxury of a washer and dryer. Now I must say I needed to contact the host during my stay and they assisted me so fast. The communication was quick and thorough. The host showed up and assisted me hands on brought extra items and also stayed onsite for reassurance. The host kept me updated and informed all steps after the issue was resolved. I really appreciate the hospitality from the host and loved my 10 day stay, no complaints or issues this property is highly recommended. 10/10

My wife and I really enjoyed this property. It was very conveniently located to all the places we wanted to go and see and visit that was amazing. The host was a very nice guy, he was there when we arrived and said welcome homeā€¦ it definitely felt like home for a few days.. we definitely loved the private roof top deck.. it was the extra bonus where we spent a lot of our time.. the deck is smoke friendlyā€¦ I would recommend this property to anyoneā€¦
