The stay was excellent. Host was very accommodating within community guidelines. Cleanliness was phenomenal. The area is partially rough but more than fine and safe within the building.
I stayed here for nearly a week and overall had a very positive experience. The location is convenient, with easy highway access and stores like Walmart and Starbucks only a couple of miles away. The neighborhood is modest, with an abandoned building next door, but I felt safe. Inside, the condo was quiet, updated, comfortable, and exceptionally clean—one of the cleanest rentals I’ve stayed in. The only cleanliness issue was some discoloration in the shower grout that could use attention.Accessibility requires some planning. The Garden Avenue entrance provides elevator access but has a few stairs, so it is not wheelchair accessible. If you use a wheelchair, you’ll need the front entrance. Because the building faces a busy road, you cannot safely unload there. We stopped near the Garden Avenue stop sign, where my son unloaded our belongings and helped me access the front entrance before moving the car to the dedicated parking area. Clearer accessibility and unloading instructions would be helpful. The kitchen had the basics, but only two knives, both quite dull, no mixing bowls or baking pans, and older Teflon pots. More dishes would also help for a unit that sleeps six.The host was outstanding—kind, responsive, and checked in regularly. Communication was five-star. Now that I’m familiar with the check-in and accessibility process, I would stay here again.
Me and my friends enjoyed our stay! Looks just like the photos, very clean, nice, spacious. The host was a bit slow with communication leading up to our stay but was very quick with everything we needed or any questions we might had during our stay. The only con we had were the ac/heaters worked sometimes or took forever to respond. So that’s the only thing, they were kinda difficult to manage. The building was nice, and secured. By a bunch of restaurants and stores! Loved the stay, will book again!
