Apartment A3 is located in Lokva Rogoznica in the heart od Dalmatia, approximately 9 km south of town Omiš. Following the same direction, to the south, would lead You to well known and famous tourist cities of Makarska and Dubrovnik. Apartment is located in quiet area for those guests who prefer total peace and want to enjoy their privacy away from busy lifestyle of urban areas, as well as enjoying in beautiful view on the sea and nearby islands. For more detailed description scroll below.
Apartment A3 is located only 200 m above the beach in quiet environment with breathtaking view on the Adriatic sea and island of Brač.
Apartment is just perfect for 2 persons, it consist of separate bedroom for 2 person, fully equipped small kitchen with dining area, bathroom and balcony with excellent sea view which is accessible from bedroom and from living area.
Apartment is equipped with air condition, satellite TV and if you like to make your own lunch/dinner in the open, there is an outside grill.
Reservation of my apartment we perform each day at week, the 7 night is minimum for stay in main season (July and August).
Before and after main season minimum stay is 3 nights.
The beach is only 200 m away, restaurant 250 m away and market is about 1000m away.
The guest has possibility to access shared outside swimming pool with your own space on sundeck, also we offer shared outside Jacuzzi for next summer, access to grill area and shared fitness room. Guest has also possibility of using washing machine with small fee. In front of my property you have your own parking spot.
Staying at my property will assure You with comfort and a pleasant stay with absolute peace in quiet and romantic environment so you can recharge both your body and mind as well.

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au bord de la mer. L’appartement est superbe et bien équipé, avec un magnifique balcon vue mer. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont très agréables. L’hôte est accueillant et très sympathique. La situation est optimale avec plages et commerces à proximité. A recommander absolument !

Lovely gem in the hill

We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool was lovely, the host was very nice he helped us out with places to go. We didn’t have a car although it is recommended due to the hill. It was possible without one. There is a great beach bar at the bottom of the hill which is worth a visit. Our apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful views over the coast. Balcony was private from onlookers.

Great time

We had a wonderful time at Lokva Rogoznica. Grgo is a very kind and helpful host. Everything was clean and we enjoyed lying at the pool in the evening and having breakfast at the balcony whith a great view. Thank you Grgo for having us!

Tolle Wohnung, tolle Aussicht, toller Pool

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das komplette Anwesen ist sehr sauber und wird von dem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter gepflegt. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen absolut ausreichend, der Ausblick ist grandios und der Pool fantastisch. Der Strand mit Beach Bar und ein sehr gutes Restaurant sind fußläufig erreichbar, ein kleiner Supermarkt, Bankautomat und ein Obst- und Gemüse-Stand sind etwa drei Kilometer mit dem Auto entfernt.

Schöne ruhige Lage mit gutem Strand

Sauberes Objekt. Etwas kleiner als es auf den Fotos wirkt, aber schön und sauber. Fußweg zum Strand mit guter Versorgung vor Ort. Lohnt sich.

Toller Urlaub an der Adria

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben- passend für 2 Personen mit tollem Ausblick. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Toller Pool mit eigenen Liegen. Schöne Strände in der Nähe! Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Stunning views from this lovely maintained apartment, with a very helpful & friendly host

We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent here. The apartment was spotlessly clean and Grgo was very cheerful & helpful upon arrival and on a number of occasions throughout our stay with tips and advice for visits to the excellent places nearby. The pool was great with specific sunbeds allocated. So no need to put out towels early! The beach was close to walk to, with fantastic views from balcony in this peaceful spot back from the main road. Split, Trogir, Omis and Makarska are within easy reach but would recommend a car when staying here to visit. We also traveled to Mostar & Kravice Falls as a full day trip - well worth it (Krka appeared very busy in the peak season). We enjoyed making use of the BBQ to eat in. There are just the two restaurants nearby (one easier to walk to & good value) but found from talking to a nice German couple a lovely one at Brela (Konoba Katara). Thank you Grgo & family we will recomend your place to others wanting to explore this lovely area.

Super uke i Kroatia!

Vi hadde en flott ferie hos Grgo Tafra. Han var en meget hyggelig, omgjengelig og serviceinnstilt husvert, som gjorde oppholdet spesielt bra. Det var rent og pent både ute ved bassenget og inne. Det var deilig å sitte på verandaen og spise frokost, med nydelig utsikt ut over Adriaterhavet og øya Brac. Mange småstrender rett ned for leiligheten, samt liten butikk og spisesteder. Det var også kort vei inn til den koselige småbyen Omis, med sine mange smale og koselige gater i gamlebyen. Vi vil absolutt anbefale dette stedet til andre. Det var trygt, rent, hyggelig og fint å være der. Tips: Det kan absolutt være en fordel å leie bil mens man bor der. Spesielt hvis man vil utforske området. Kort vei opp til fjellene.

Es war gut , schön sauber

Wir (32&27) waren 1 woche dort. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Die Auffahrt ist nicht ohne. Auf längere Zeit ist die Wohnung schon sehr eng. Leider etwas wenig Platz, vorallem in der Küche. Auch die Dusche war recht klein gehalten. Aber wie gesagt es war sehr schön sauber, auch der Pool war sehr gepflegt.

appartement très propre au calme avec superbe vue sur la mer et une piscine plus qu'agréable. Proche du petit village balnéaire OMIS très sympathique, cet appartement est idéal pour un petit séjour en Croatie. Je recommande cette location. Wunderschöne Wohnung, gepflegtes Anwesen, sehr freundlicher Vermieter

Nach längerer Suche nach einer schönen Ferienwohnung für unseren ersten gemeinsamen Urlaub, fiel die Auswahl recht schnell auf dieses hübsche Domizil. Die Wohnung, Lage und Aussicht schienen optimal um dort zwei ruhige Wochen in der Nähe des Standes zu verbringen und die Freude war groß, als wir die Bestätigung bekamen. Nachdem die erste Hürde, die Einfahrt, die etwas steiler als erwartet war mit dem Mietwagen dank freundlicher Hilfe des Vermieters Grgo überwunden war, wurden wir herum geführt. Zwei Liegestühle am Pool mit Aussicht auf das Meer wurden uns zugeteilt und dann ging es auch schon in die saubere Wohnung mit südländischem Flair. Die Hausordnung wurde kurz erklärt und Hilfe zu jeder Zeit angeboten. Die Größe der Wohnung ist für zwei Personen gut und beinhaltet alles, was man im Alltag gebrauchen könnte, sprich Bettwäsche und 4 Handtücher, die nach einer Woche getauscht wurden, genügend Schränke, Geschirr, Töpfe, eine Pfanne und Koch Utensilien. Zusätzlich bekamen wir ohne zusätzliche Kosten eine Flasche Wein eines Winzers in der Nähe und zwei Flaschen Bier, die bereits im Kühlschrank warteten. Sehr angenehm waren auch die Klimaanlage und ein eigener Warmwasserbeuler, der bei uns leider zunächst etwas tropfte. Dies war Gott sei Dank nur eine einmalige Sache, nach der Grgo auch sofort sah und den Fehler behob. Der Balkon und dessen Aussicht waren wunderschön, die Küche bot ausreichend Platz zum Kochen und Essen, das Bad war sauber, das Doppelbett groß genug und gemütlich. Die Bettdecke war fast so groß wie das Bett und sehr dünn, perfekt für das heiße Wetter, doch funktionierte das Teilen dieser nicht so gut, weshalb wir die Tagesdecke zweckentfremden mussten. Das Zimmer ließ sich leider nicht zu 100% abdunkeln, wogegen wir uns jedoch mit unseren mitgebrachten Schlafmasken zu helfen wussten. Ein schöner Strand war innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, wobei es wahrscheinlich vorteilhafter ist, in normalen Schuhen den Hügel runter und wieder hoch zu laufen, als in Flipflops oder Badeschuhen. Ein kleiner Markt war wenige Fußminuten entfernt, mit dem Auto gelang man auch in kurzer Zeit zu Supermärkten. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft, genossen unseren Urlaub und freuten uns über den wirklich freundlichen Vermieter, der gelegentlich Smalltalk mit seinen Gästen hielt, uns Ausflugstipps gab und sich vorbildlich um sein Grundstück kümmerte. schönes, ruhiges Domizil an einer wunderschönen Küste

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Insgesamt sind in dem Haus 4 Apartments zu vermieten. Wir hatten die Mittelwohnung im ersten Stock (A3), welche für max. 2 Personen ausgelegt ist. Alles war sauber und ordentlich auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vorhanden und wurden nach einer Woche gewechselt, was bei einer Ferienwohnung nicht selbstverständlich ist. Zum Empfang gab es von Grgo (Vermieter) sehr guten Wein und Bier. Die gesamte Anlage inkl. Pool war sehr gepflegt. Man hat einen sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer und die Insel Brac. Zum Strand sind es 5min zu Fuß (bergab). Grgo wohnt mit seiner Familie auch im Haus und ist daher bzgl. Fragen, Tipps oder Wünsche immer erreichbar. Er ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Anlage auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Der kleine Ort ist ruhig (Juni) und hat einen schönen Kiesstrand mit Beach Bar. Am Wochenende sind gerne die Einheimischen am Strand. Wer mehr Trubel mag sollte lieber nach Omis, Brela, Baska Voda oder Markarska gehen. Dort sind die Touristen Hochburgen vor denen es uns graut. Die Markarska Riviera ist wunderschön. Man kann viel unternehmen und findet auch immer ein ruhiges Plätzchen, wenn man etwas sucht. Ohne Auto ist man allerdings sehr eingeschränkt.

Visit the church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the church of St. Kuzma and Damian and the church of St. Vid and get acquainted with at least a small part of the history of this town. Sports and recreation fans can enjoy surfing, sailing, water skiing, rafting on the Cetina river, speed boating, or you can rent a scooter, kayak, boat, pedal boat or a jet ski. The city provides an atmosphere for a family vacation, while the younger generations can find more activities in the surrounding cities.
