Perfect place for a group. They were eight of us and we had plenty of room to spread out. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. Kitchen was awesome with anything you might need. The rooftop terrace was the selling point with beautiful views of Nashville in the background. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. Would highly recommend! Everything was clean and as advertised. The rooftop and balcony were both even more awesome than we realized. Beds were comfortable and the ammenities were so nice. We really appreciated the trees, coffee, sugar, sugar alternatives, creamer, floss picks, makeup towels and more. The host was very communicative and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Property was clean and quality/details were put into every corner. Communication with Adam was easygoing and his response time was fast. Property was close to downtown and good shops. Overall great house and we would definitely stay again!

We had the best stay at this house for a bachelorette! The house was stocked with everything you could need including delicious coffee which we enjoyed on the deck. Highly recommend!

All had a great time and were impressed by the capacity accommodations, cleanliness, and rooftop deck view of Nashville skyline. You must be prepared to climb some steps however, especially to reach the upper two bedrooms and deck. The location to the Marathon Motorworks, where there were several cool shops and tour departures was very convenient. The walk to Broadway was much longer, about 20 minutes. The 11;00AM departure time was appreciated.

The oohs and ahhs continued as we explored each floor. Beautiful condo, all amenities perfect. We really enjoyed fixing dinner on the rooftop and enjoying the city lights. Communication with owner was promptly answered. Our guests from Scotland were very impressed.

We had a fantastic stay from start to finish! The place was absolutely spotless and looked exactly like the photos. They truly thought of everything—the kitchen was incredibly well-equipped, making it so easy to cook meals, and the little extra touches made it feel like a home away from home. The location was great, check-in was a breeze, and everyone had a good nights rest in comfortable beds. We especially loved enjoying our morning coffee on the balcony. Our host was also incredibly helpful, taking the time to share local hotspots, restaurants, and convenient grocery locations nearby. Having that insider knowledge made navigating the area so much easier. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

This space is super great for a group. We had 11 ppl traveling to Nashville for a conference vacation. The house is close to downtown, and the location made it easy to get where we needed. The house had plenty of space for everyone in the 4 floors. Top floor was a big outdoor space with plenty of seating, a grill, firepit, and a nice view of downtown. 3rd floor had 2 bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms and the laundry area. 2nd floor had the main living area with kitchen, living room, balcony, 1/2 bathroom, and another bedroom with attached bathroom. bottom floor was a bedroom with the 2 sets of queen bunks, attached bathroom, and then twin bunks close by.There were plenty of towels, coffee, tea, laundry and other amenities available. Check in and out was super easy and fast. The hosts were also very responsive when we had a few questions. We would definitely stay there again. Fun things to do nearby: grandpa's bar (within walking diatance), the farmers market, and green briar distillery.

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO in Nashville! The home is beautiful, spacious, and incredibly well thought out. It was obvious that the owners put a lot of effort into making sure guests have everything they need.The attention to detail really stood out. Every bedroom had charging stations with multiple charging options, which was a huge convenience. The bathrooms were stocked with high-quality towels, and the coffee and tea selection made mornings easy. The kitchen was one of the best-equipped we’ve ever seen in a rental—it truly had everything you could possibly need.The home is fully furnished both inside and out. The second-floor patio is a great place to relax, and the rooftop deck is absolutely amazing with incredible views of Nashville. It was one of our favorite spots to unwind after a day in the city.Overall, this property exceeded our expectations. So many little details were done right, making it feel comfortable, welcoming, and effortless to enjoy. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville!
