This spacious home is nestled minutes away from the stunning Jordan Bay, Sebago Lake. This open concept home, features a private in-ground pool, a hot tub and fire pit, offering the perfect blend of comfort and style for families and groups to enjoy. The oversized windows will make you feel as though you are in the treetops!

4-7 min drive to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. 30min from Portland. 15-30min to trails(hike/ski), ferry, & historic landmarks. Perfect to visit all year-round. Pets welcome!

Home is spacious and can sleep up to 12 people- sleeping includes all beds, bunk bed, floor mattresses, and living room sofa. Includes lots of extra pillows and blankets. It's an open floor concept, all renovated, and working fireplace. Fully stacked kitchen. Perfect for gatherings or to purely relax while enjoying all the home and area has to offer. Private with fenced-in pool! Washer and Dryer located in the first floor bathroom. Outdoor fire-pot available all year round. Dedicated work space with Hi-speed internet. The location is incredibly convenient, offering easy access to a variety of amenities for both kids and adults.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all trash bags in the shed across the garage. Be sure to empty the fridge before you leave. Please clean up after your furry friend and ensure no holes are dug in the yard.
No need to strip the beds, wash linens, or do any laundry (including towels). Loan all dirty dishes into the dishwasher before leaving. You don’t have to wait for the cycle to finish.
Clean and cover all used grills and barbecue equipment. Be sure to turn the propane tank off! Ensure the chimney vent is closed. No need to clean the fireplace.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This is the perfect house to host a family. Plenty of comfortable beds and spacious bedrooms. The kids loved the toys, books, and bunk room. We loved that we could bring our dog too. Would definitely recommend and would absolutely book again!

Great property, close to local marinas for boating access. More than enough room to host families with a great pool and hot tub. Dina was quick to respond to communications during our stay.

House was great and near anything we needed. Because of the range of ages in family, we loved having 2 living areas on one side games and reading and on the other side TV. The house was very neat, clean and well equipped. We would visit again.

Great hidden gem

Great location and access to restaurants, grocery stories and beaches/lake. Flexible style home with space for relaxing, family fun (game night!) and outdoor leisure. Host was incredibly responsive with helping address questions or needs as we settled into home.

House was spacious, comfortable, and fully stocked. So many areas to gather as a family. Close to everything you'd need on a getaway. Beautiful home tucked away in the woods but still close to shops/cities. The home was clean and all of the furniture was so comfortable. The dog beds and bowls being there already made our dogs feel at home! The host was super great with any problems we had and it was a very relaxing week for my family

This property DID NOT disappoint! From the seamless check-in to the well appointed kitchen, family room and pool/jacuzzi, nothing was left out. The host was very responsive to our questions and needs. The home itself is nestled amongst the trees, with incredible floor to ceiling windows in the downstairs and the master bedroom. Out family of 9 had ample space to recharge alone and ample space to all come together. We couldn't not have asked for anything more in this property. Thank you for every attention to detail. You have created a wonderful place to refresh, recharge and engage with one another.

Family Get Together

We loved this place! My sisters and families got together for a small family event. Perfect place for it! Loved that it was close to town, but tucked back into the woods. Bob's Seafood 5 minutes away was wonderful! We went twice! Perfect layout for entertaining with two living spaces separated by kitchen/dining. Property was really clean and thoughtfully furnished. We had a fire one chilly night and watched movies on the HUGE tv. Dina was a great communicator. She answered my questions promptly, before and during the stay. Dina also arranged for a snow plow before our family luncheon due to the storm. She is really on top of things and an excellent host. Easy check in and check out. My family and I would happily stay here again!
