Wonderful stay in early April! Beautiful views of the sound and sunsets!Condo is appropriately stocked and comfortable. We would definitely recommend for a Duck getaway!

This is a lovely condo. It was comfortable for our family of five. It is located in an excellent spot just outside of Duck, easy to walk, drive or bike into town. Great access to the beach, right across the street and there is a lifeguard stand right where you enter. The property was very clean, well appointed and had lots of extras, like sand toys, chairs and a wagon to use to take all of our things to the beach. There is a nice pool in the neighborhood which was not crowded and a tennis/pickleball court that is very nice as well. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed! The view of the sound is beautiful from the back deck and its nice to hang out there to have breakfast. This is a lovely place to stay, you will be sure to enjoy it as much as our family did!

Four of us (two adults and two grown kids) stayed for five nights over the holiday weekend. The location of this property right on the Duck/Southern Shores boundary was just great. Sunset views of the bay were great and the ocean was a short walk or drive away. The property was very clean. We are used to renting homes that are a little more lived in, so the lack of games and puzzles (and basic cooking necessities like salt and pepper) threw us a bit. We did a lot of cooking and missed not having a grill, but made do with what was available, which is probably fine for most folks. We also provided feedback to the host that while the property is listed as being for six, it is really more appropriate for four. There are only four chairs for the table where you eat, four chairs out on the deck, and even the living room really only seats five. One of our grown kids ended up sleeping on the couch because the twin beds were so small. They would be ok for small children, but don't stick your grown friends on them. Overall, it was a very good weekend, check in and check out went smoothly, and the host was very responsive.
