Parking was great. Good pet friendly. Good amenities. Well stocked kitchen. Convenient location near nice reserve for walking. 34th street was a bit noisy. Hosts were very accommodating and easy to work with. We enjoyed very much.

The hosts for the cozy house respond quickly and so everything they can to resolve issues. We enjoyed being close enough to Publix and restaurants we could have all or drive by on the way back to the property. Getting to Shands to visit our granddaughter was a short 10 minute ddiv during light traffic times or 15 during rush hours. Grill was nice to have and we made good use of it. Beds were comfy and granddaughter loved exploring the bunkbeds. Nearby park was a bonus for our other granddaughter. Overall, the Cozy House is a good place to stay.

Cozy and Fun

In town for a wedding. Great place, adequately furnished and supplied. We had all that we asked for and needed. 3 boys 6 yrs. and under loved the books, games and bedroom. Others at the wedding had horror stories of their accommodations. Not so here! We would book again!
