We loved this property. It was the perfect location to stay as two couples while attending a wedding weekend in New Seabury. The cottage was well appointed, and just a quick walk to the beach, Popponesset Inn and Marketplace, and the Club at New Seabury.

The house was stocked with all the essentials, including welcome snacks. The location is great with easy access to the beach and the Markeplace. Highly recommend!!

The place is very small, had to use the living to open and store all our suitcase.The AC is terrible, the main artea just has fans, the bedrooms have window shakers, with no room to get ready in the bedrooms we sweated are buts off trying to get ready for a wedding

Stayed in July 2026, and had a great time. House was big enough for our family of three and probably could’ve accommodated a few more people a little more squeezed in. We were very familiar with New Seabury and that was our main attraction, and location didn’t disappoint. Overall would highly recommend.
