Hi Alisha, Thank you so much for staying with us and for taking the time to share your feedback! We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the check-in process, communication, location, and listing accuracy — that means a lot to us. We did notice your overall score was lower than your individual ratings seemed to reflect, and we’d love to better understand if there’s something we could have improved during your stay. We truly value guest feedback and are always striving to make each visit even better. Thanks again for choosing our property — we hope to welcome you back anytime! Cat B. & The Locals Team
