To clarify, our check-in and checkout times are clearly outlined at the time of booking and are consistent for all guests. Pricing during high-demand events, such as concerts, reflects market conditions and availability—not additional flexibility with policies like late checkout. In this case, we also had a same-day turnover with incoming guests, which required us to adhere to the scheduled checkout time. As a courtesy, we did accommodate a 30-minute extension, but extended late checkouts were not feasible. We appreciate your comments regarding wear-and-tear and mattress comfort. These are subjective matters, but we do take all feedback into consideration as we continue to maintain and improve the property. Thank you again for your stay.
