The Space:
Koko Vacation Rental in Ocean Village Club Condo is a one-bedroom, one-full-bathroom Unit located on the first floor of this popular gated community. It is just a short walk to either of the two pools (one heated) and beautiful St Augustine Beach.
Being a guest at Ocean Village Club gives you access to the private boardwalk to St Augustine Beach, two pools, tennis, shuffleboard, and fitness center, all a short distance from the Historic District downtown St Augustine.

3 Night minimum
NO Smoking
Must be 25 yrs old to book
Check-in 3:00pm, Check-Out 10:00am.

**Small dog friendly** One (1) Dog is allowed per HOA Rules. Please check your dog into the office upon arrival. You will receive a tag and pay a $50 fee for the dog's visit. If you arrive after 5:00 go the next day and get your tag.

Other Things to Note:
The Ocean Village Club HOA is onsite across the street from the building. They will only allow 1 Dog, no exceptions.

This was an incredible rental! Perfectly clean, well appointed and so well organized! We didn't bring our pups, but they would have felt at home too with all of the canine touches! Would definitely stay again!!!

Condo was very clean and nicely updated. Everything was labeled perfectly. Beach towels were nice. If you have dogs (which we don’t), this would be an extra nice and convenient condo for you. The one thing I wish the owner would change in her listing is the walk to the beach from the front door to the ocean water. The title of the listing is a little misleading. The grounds the condo is on does have access to the beach but the walk from the front door of the condo to the ocean is exactly a half of a mile, which means it is a one mile trip to the ocean and back from the condo. Besides the distance to the ocean, this is a very nice condo!

Our rental was beautiful! The owner thought of everything one could need in a vacation rental. We did need extra forks which we purchased and left there. Would love to rent again next year!!!
