I chose this location because it offers the perfect balance of relaxation and vibrant local life. Nestled in a peaceful, quite area, it's just a short walk to St. Augustine beach and short drive to several nearby beaches- ideal for those who love the ocean and a calm, laid-back vibe.
At the same time, it's incredibly convenient. You'll find great restaurants, cozy coffee shops, Walgreens, Winn-Dixie all within walking distance. And then when you are ready to explore, historical downtown St. Augustine is just a 10 minute drive away, filled with charming streets, museums, art galleries, live music, unique bars, and so much history!
This area offers the best of both worlds- a peaceful beach escape with easy access tot he energy, culture, and charm of the Florida's most iconic historic towns. That's why I fell in love with it, and I think you will too.
