The home backs up to a greenbelt with walking trails and a play park—perfect for morning strolls, weekend runs, or simply enjoying the fresh air with a cup of coffee on the patio.

I especially love how close we are to both Lake Ray Roberts and Lewisville Lake—ideal for weekend getaways, boating, or just soaking up the Texas sun.
