We had an amazing stay! Host was very responsive when we had questions. We had so much fun playing with all the outdoor amenities and the sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this property!

Overall we were happy with our stay. The host was accomodating as we asked for a few things throughout our stay. The location was convenient to grocery stores, Indian Rocks Beach and other amenities near by.

The host was very responsive and welcoming. The house was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 3 kids. It was like staying at a private mini resort with all the amenities. We enjoyed having a pickleball court and all the other outdoor games. The bedrooms were very comfortable, clean, and the common areas were spacious with ample seating. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d highly recommend!

We rented this home for 3 nights for our annual Employee Fun Day, and it was absolutely perfect. We were able to set up early for a baby shower we hosted for one of our employees, and then enjoyed a full family day on Saturday. The house easily accommodated our group of 30, with 8 staff members staying overnight. The space could've easily accommodate more sleepovers. The amenities were fantastic! Our staff loved everything. The slide in the bedroom was a huge hit with both adults and kids! The pool was great for cooling off, and we enjoyed games of volleyball and other activities throughout the day.Communicating with Sabrina, the host, was a breeze. She was very responsive and made the process smooth from start to finish.The photos are as depicted, and the space was exactly what we needed for our large group. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking to host a big gathering.

My family and I loved this property. There was so much to do there at the house on the days when someone wanted to stay home, the others in our group still felt very entertained. The pool was very large! Which is great for big families like ours. My dad is disabled and there was only one step to get it and rails in the bathrooms. Such a big plus for us! All in all we would definitely come back.

This house has everything. Spacious on the inside and multiple activities outside. Extremely clean and the host was prompt to address our minor concerns. Highly recommend this property.

This was an absolute nightmare!!! Our first morning there the toilet began leaking out of the bottom. When we flushed it began backing up into the bathtub. We had water with feces all over the floor. It took several hours to get this resolved. We cleaned it the best we could but should not have had to. The plumber came but it took over 30 hours for the cleaning lady to come. The smell was foul. We had 1 bathroom for 7 people. It was so bad that our special needs child had an accident on himself. Traumatizing and embarrassing. I dont think this is the first time this has happened either, because there was paint missing and what appeared to be water damage on the trim next to this toilet. The host continually offered her “apologies” and kept saying it was not up to her standards. When I tried asking how they were going to make up she continued ducking and dodging phone calls. Was supposed to call in the morning but never did. Aside from the toilet situation, the basketball hoop and beds were the next biggest issues. The beds were uncomfortable and cheap. They didnt even take the stickers off the ikea bed in the main room.The basketball hoop is adjustable which is would be great for our small kids. However once you lower it, it only stays down for less than 5 minutes and raises itself back up. The handle looks was held together by a rusty drill bit instead if fixed properly. Suoer annoying to have to adjust over and over. Overall HORRIBLE experience! AVOID!!!!
