Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We take concerns about the condition of the property seriously. The issues reported to us were reviewed and addressed, including the dishwasher, stove, grill, and other maintenance items. Regarding the pest concern, we also took the report seriously and arranged for the issue to be investigated and addressed. We did provide $100 in compensation in response to the concerns raised during the stay. We regret that this did not fully resolve your dissatisfaction. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention and will continue working to improve the property and the guest experience.

Thanks a lot for your feedback. I will replace a new vacuumm and do a carpet deep cleaning to make it a more comfortable place for vacation. I am looking forward to hosting your family again in your next trip.

Thanks a lot for your review. I am very glad to know that you have a wonderful vacation in my property. I am so sorry for the sleeper sofa issue. It was fixed. Looking forward to hosting you and your family again in your next trip to Myrtle Beach.

Thanks a lot for your feedback. The sofa and kitchen drawer were fixed. Event though you paid the cleaning fee, you have to clean your own stuff and remove your food left in the refrigerator and clean dishes and pans when you check out. I am looking forward to hosting you and your family in your next trip.

Many thanks for your feedback. The house was deep cleaned and the grill was replaced after you checked out. This guest exaggerated the facts. It only has a very small area, about 1 sf, in the kitchen was water damaged. The floor will be upgraded in the low season. The fridge works perfectly and I never received complaints on it. This guests put two many food in the fridge so that it would take couple hours to cool down. We work really very hard to ensure our units are clean, up to date, and very comfortable for our guests so they can have a wonderful, fun filled vacation. My previous guests loved my properties and all had good vacation in my properties. For future guests, please ignore this review and refer to the reviews from my other guests.

Thanks for your feedback. I am very sorry for the delay of your checkin. The cleaning company was extremely busy last weekend. I apologize for all the inconvenience. The cleaning company usually leave two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. The cleaning company left two parking permits on the kitchen countertop and some spares in the drawer next to the fridge. They brought more amenities to you in the morning of the 2nd day. The floor of bedrooms and stairs were upgraded to vinyl planks last winter. We will upgrade the floor for the first floor in this winter. We work very hard to ensure our units are clean, up to date, and very comfortable for our guests so they can have a wonderful, fun filled vacation. My previous guests loved my properties and all had good vacation in my properties. For future guests, please refer to the reviews from my other guests as well.

Thanks a lot for your feedback. My cleaners did very good job before. I talked with them and they took care of everything. The house was just deep cleaned as well. We are working very hard to keep my properties very clean and make them the best places for the vacation of my guests.
