Hello Bonnie, Glad to hear you overall stay was a good one. The unit is professional treated for bugs every 2 months, so it a very rare to find any live bugs. I have not heard anything since the time of your departure but will let the extermination company know, so they are aware. The heaters are typically always on during the winter season. Since the pools are quite large, when a cold front comes through, they will tend to take a day or two for the water to get warm again. Thank you

The Kitchen did have a cutting board, if it was missing wish you would have let me know and I would have been glad to drop off a new one. The unit has both a Mr. Coffee type maker as well as a Keurig type maker, not sure what you mean by real coffee maker. The unit comes with plate setting for up to 10 people, again if you required more I could have dropped some off.

The unit is typically supplied with the items described and if there was something short then as you stated I immediately send the maid service over to resupply. For that size unit 10 towels are typically set out and the sheets and towels are always washed with normal detergent. No one has complained about any smell that detergent would leave. The overwhelming number of reviews I have received on this unit are very positive, (first time I have ever received less than 4 stars) so I have to believe your comments are a bit exaggerated and unfair which is unfortunate.

Glad your overall stay was good, however, some of your comments really do not match up with the overwhelming experience of families that have stayed in the past. Our shoreline which is made up of mangroves do not have lots of trash, its seaweed that drifts in and may temporally collect in that area. The kitchen has all the basic cooking items, it you needed something specific, as the welcome letter states you could have let me know and I would have been glad to provide that for you. The unit is tiles throughout but hardly an echo chamber. Again, if there was any maintenance issue, not sure why you wouldn't reach out to me to resolve. In summary, the overwhelming majority of guest have had a great experience, nothing minimal about the unit. As my welcome letter states, "If there is anything you need to make your experience better, please do not hesitate to contact me".

The overwhelming majority of guests that have stayed with us have had an exceptional experience as proven by the dozens and dozens of 5-star reviews. Unfortunate that you would take the time to write such exaggerated comments, most of which are not even true. The interior stairs are standard size tiled floors with a handrail, Nothing dangerous about them. The association paints the buildings as needed, ours were painted just a few years ago. There are no stray cats wondering our property, what you saw was most likely iguana poop. They are native to this tropical area, so not uncommon that you would see that. The home is 2,500 sf. there are small cracks on a couple of the tiles on the stairs. No cracked tiles throughout as you claimed. Not aware of any staining on the ground floor bathtub but will check it to make sure. The photos of the pools are from different angles and depict the pool exactly as it is, nothing false about the way it was advertised.
